Pros:

Staff was excellent, they went out and beyond to help me. Even helped with laundry. Excellent location to everything, bars, cafés, springs, shops.

Pros:

Beware of the limited opening hours (till 9 - 20:00) of reception. Makes it a tad more complicated if you have needs outside those hours. Also difficult to find because the hotel name is not stated on the door or bulding. On the outside it looks like it is called Bohemia Hotel. The breakfast is basic but sufficient. Very centrally located to everything you would want to see in the charming old town.

It was overall a lovely stay, but there were some things that could have been better.
The check in was very smooth and quick, the room was lovely and clean, we had an upgrade and Italian Prosecco in the room waiting for us.
The negative parts were:
The bathroom vent didn’t work
The breakfast items such as the pastries and bread were quite stale
We left the hotel during our two night stay at 10 am, we added the door sign to make up the room so the towels can be changed and we returned at 6pm with the room untouched. I called to request new towels and they took two hours to delivered to the room.
The shower leaks across the bathroom floor.
Lastly, unsure if this applies to all times for all guests, but we couldn’t leave the luggage at the hotel while we toured the area because hotel staff wouldn’t be there despite the sign saying they should be there from 8 am until 8 pm.

We thoroughly enjoyed our very relaxing 4-day stay in Karlovy Vary (Karlsbad), La Bohemia met all of our needs: convenient location, good view, clean facilities, and close by public transportation. The included breakfast was yummy with many choices, and the crepes w/fresh strawberries were a favorite. Size of the room w/high ceilings and a balcony was nice for relaxing and enjoying the view of the river walking areas. An overall lovely stay at a nicely remodeled hotel with a sense of history. Staff is very helpful if you need assistance. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. NOTE: Hotel sits across the street from the end of the bus line making it very convenient to take a connecting bus from the main Karlovy Vary bus station. Highly recommend taking in a couples or family day at one of the locals spas (e.g. Saunya Thermal resort).

Diese Hotel bietet ein sehr gutes Frühstück und ist zentral gelegen. Kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten sind auf gegenüber auf den Nebenstraßen am Rande eines Wohngebietes (1,2km entfernt).
Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben eine gute Ausstattung, die Heizung funktioniert;)
Leider funktioniert die Badlüftung nicht.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Parkplätze auf der anderen Fluss-Seite (20€/Tag). Wenn man direkt vor das Hotel fahren möchte, um z.B. auszupacken muss man beim Hotel anrufen. Auf der Brücke gibt es eine Sperre, die runtergefahren werden muss.
Sehr nettes Personal, die Zimmer sind etwas altmodisch, die Badezimmer dafür sehr modern. Frühstück für den Preis absolut angemessen und der Herr an der Rezeption hat uns alle möglichen Insider Tipps gegeben, damit wir einen gelungenen Aufenthalt in Karlsbad haben. Alles in allem wunderbar
