Pros:

Staff very nice and helpful, helped with external services like getting me a hairdresser in the hotel. Very good amenities and services, the spa was amazing. Pool side staff was very hospitable - very good experience.

From housekeeping to room service, reception, and concierge, every single member of staff is professional, attentive, friendly, and genuinely committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The level of service is outstanding, and it is clear that the team takes great pride in what they do.
The hotel itself is absolutely spotless, with impeccable cleanliness throughout and beautifully maintained spaces. The location is fantastic, making it an excellent choice whether you are looking for a relaxing staycation or a comfortable base to enjoy Cairo.

all was great but little expensive
Pros:

All is good, the pool access is thru the lobby, which is very inconvenient. But the staff were incredible, the rooms are beatiful and clean, the lobby is magical.

pool access, they need to make a door from the elevators to the back.
