Nice Hotel
Pros:

The staff were great particularly the reception staff. Breakfast very good, location great. Sea views from the rooms.

Cons:

Rooms not very well cleaned and it took a long time to make up the room, well into the afternoon. Rooms not very sound proof.

Adequate accomodation for our stay but felt expensive for what we got.
Pros:

The staff were excellent. It is staffed by Philipino staff who are all excellent and will always go beyond to please you. It has a pleasant outlook to the sea and some great walks near by. The room has a good streaming TV which worked well as does the Wifi. The room contained good tea and coffee facilities. The restaurant food is excellent as it is the breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel is very tired. We arrived and were checked in and we made our way to the lift. The carpet throughout the hotel on the accommodation floors is very worn, in some areas threadbare and dusty. The lift interior is very poor, the carpet is stained and filthy. One of the lift panels is pushed in a little and the lift itself is very worn out. The door doesn't close well or open well. We made our way to our room and the room again is tired. The carpet is a little better in the room but there was a musty smell about the room. There is nowhere to put your case and we had two so we had to balance them on the desk and in the wardrobe area. One thing which we were very surprised about was the bathroom and entrance area lighting - in the bathroom and WC it is very dim!, Why not make this brighter, you need to see better. The room entrance are also very dim lighting as were the bedside lights. The bathroom and WC are very tired and basic in terms of facilities. There is no security safe to store valuables. The whole place could do with a really good clean and a bit of maintenance.

We loved our stay and hope to return.
Pros:

Great breakfast. Lovely room. Comfortable bed. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, so relaxing. Lots of beaches. I would stay here again.

Cons:

We had one meal at the hotel. All good except for the hand cut chips which were not properly cooked. We would have had dessert, but couldn't see anything on the menu that we wanted to try. We didn't eat there again.

The pillows were slightly firm but okay.

Perfect venue for a stay on the beautiful island of Guernsey
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel with a great bar and fantastic restaurant. It’s really well positioned by the sea. There’s also a great pub next door when you fancy a change of scenery. Also, being Guernsey, nothing is more than a short drive away

Had my first family holiday with our granddaughter a perfect break
Pros:

Absolutely everything staff are brilliant food was really good breakfast had something for everyone and always hot house keeping did a really good job nothing was too much trouble for anybody working there
