Très bon séjour
Pros:

L'accueil des personnels, le confort de la chambre, les services, la piscine, le buffet du petit dejeuner.

Cons:

Nous étions à côté de la porte des escaliers et nous l'avons entendu claquer pendant plusieurs heures sur le petit matin. Une porte freinée sera plus agréable.

Amazing Service, Immaculate Rooms, and Great Food
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the Peninsula Hotel in Guernsey. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious meals that were well prepared.

A special thank you to Mathew from the housekeeping team. My room was spotless. fresh, and very well maintained. His attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness made my stay even more comfortable. It’s clear he takes pride in his work.

I would definitely recommend the Peninsula Hotel to anyone visiting Guernsey and look forward to staying here again.

Well worth a visit
Pros:

Superb outdoor area with pool. Great menu. Very helpful staff. Fantastic beach on the doorstep.

Cons:

Could do with air-con in the rooms.

Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.
Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und das Bett war bequem.

Cons:

Dieses Hotel ist unverschämt teuer und für den Preis richtig schlecht!
Für 270€ Euro die Nacht erwarte ich wenigstens Steckdosen am Bett, einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, Wasserflaschen und eine Handtuchheizung im Bad.
Der Pool sowie der gesamte Poolbereich waren extrem unattraktiv und luden überhaupt zum Verweilen ein.
Gegessen haben wir dort abends nicht, die Bewertungen waren so abschreckend, dass wir lieber woanders hingegangen sind.
Das Frühstück war ebenfalls eher schlecht. Der Kaffee war ungenießbar (es standen große Kaffeekannen auf einem Tisch, aus denen man sich was holen konnte) und ein Cappuccino kostete extra. Auch ein Unding bei dem Preis. Auch die Speisen waren nicht besonders ansprechend.
Das kommt für uns leider nur noch einer Abzocke gleich

Swimming pool and location. Also handy for buses to St Peter Port.

Good stay at this hotel and would recommend.
Pros:

Set up of hotel very nice bar area particularly appealing. Good variety of cocktails. Gluten free breakfast cooked to order and huge!

Cons:

No air conditioning and bed and pillows not too comfy. Food menu slightly limited. No signage outside or to hotel so very easy to miss turning.

A comfortable, pleasant stay.
Pros:

I liked the comfortable, spacious room. I was impressed by the friendly, attentive staff. Everywhere was very clean. Breakfasts were good.

Cons:

Disappointed that the lovely asset of outdoor pool, which I was told was heated, was extremely cold throughout my stay. I can tolerate colder water and sea temperature but pool felt much colder. I suggest that a heat retaining cover should be placed over the pool at night.
