Had my first family holiday with our granddaughter a perfect break
Pros:

Absolutely everything staff are brilliant food was really good breakfast had something for everyone and always hot house keeping did a really good job nothing was too much trouble for anybody working there

Hotel dans son jus
Pros:

Hôtel Standard sur un emplacement isolé avec vue mer très agréable.

Cons:

Le prix est exorbitant par rapport à la prestation : l'hôtel est ancien et les équipements ne sont pas au niveau, pas de climatisation, baignoire sans douche, sanitaire vieillot, chambres mal isolées et bruyantes. L'hôtel nessite des rénovations évidentes.

Perfect situation, great friendly staff.
Pros:

Location excellent.
Staff very kind, friendly and courteous.
Nothing was too much of an effort.
Little touches, like providing me with a teapot at breakfast time.😊
Much appreciated.
Good breakfast selection..

Cons:

Air conditioning or at least a fan in room.
We understand that windows only opened a bit due to security, but we needed more air.
It got very hot and stuffy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return.
Pros:

Nice room ,great view, excellent staff, good facilities.

Cons:

A fridge in the room would have been good. Toilet separate room far too small and no sink.

Good food friendly staff well worth a visit
Pros:

Location was perfect easy to get to many different beaches very well presented
Staff were helpful

Which helped (but to be fair it’s been very hot summer )

Pros:

We had an accessible room that was perfect for our needs. The staff were brilliant going out of their way to support us. Access into the pool was easy. Food was excellent. Being able to eat breakfast outside by the pool was fab.

Pros:

I had asked for a bottle of prosecco and a single red rose for our arrival in the room we had booked and it was done as requested, my fiancee had tears in her eyes with happiness 😊

Cons:

Only thing is that the windows could do with opening a bit more as it was very warm in the room

Pros:

Personnel chaleureux, au petit soin. Hotel très bien placé proche des grandes plages du nord de Guernesey

Cons:

Période caniculaire et pas de possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre de plus de 10cm, pour rafraîchir la nuit. Mais personnel soucis du problème qui nous a prêté un ventilateur.
