Sehr gutes Personal, professionell und hilfreich.

Cons:

It’s quiet and helpful staff. Breakfast in a box.

We boekten de deluxe suite. Bleek een krappe kamer op de tweede etage, bereikbaar met een gammele lift. De vloerbedekking op de kamer was ontzettend vies. Er zaten vochtvlekken in de gordijnen. Er zou een groot tweepersoonsbed moeten zijn, maar het bleek een doorgezakte twijfelaar van 130 breed. De kussens waren hard en vlokkerig. Toen we iets zeiden van de belofte en de daadwerkelijke staat van de kamer, werd er nauwelijks gereageerd. Hele nacht liggen draaien en hoesten (huismijt?). Heel teleurstellend. We laten de volgende ochtend in een brief die op de kamer bleek te liggen dat er gerenoveerd gaat worden, maar dat is geen excuus om zulke kamers toch gewoon te verhuren.

Cons:

Ίσως θέλει μια αλλαγή στις μοκέτες. Αυτό σε γενικές γραμμές δεν έχω κάτι αρνητικό να πω και θα το επισκεπτομουν ξανά.
