Sea, sunshine and super relaxing
Pros:

The vote is unbeatable, the full view of the Caldera right from the bed.

Cons:

A very minor thing, but the property could do with a little updating in places to keep up the visual appearance but nothing that impacted out stay.

Astarte is a unique, beautiful hotel that provides the luxury and privacy promised.
Pros:

All aspects were as expected and superb! The staff and owners were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast options were extensive, delicious, and served in our room! The view was exceptional from every location. The room and exterior hot tub were completely private. The room and bathroom were large. The towels and toiletries were luxurious. Should we return to Santorini we will stay as Astarte again.

Cons:

The long sloping stairs down to the resort (though this is what makes the view and privacy so wonderful) and the in-room refrigerator was not working very well.

Pros:

Our room had its private hot tub on our balcony. We used this a lot since the pool water was chilly this time of year. The reception staff George and Kostas were very friendly and attentive. Daily Breakfast is included and was great! You are able to select from numerous breakfast options. This location is close to Akrotiri, so you are away from the chaos of the busy tourist areas.

Passaria horas descrevendo o que gostamos na acomodação, tudo perfeito e impecável, começando com a vista de tirar o fôlego em cada lado que você olha, seja no quarto, no lounge ou a caminho do quarto, tudo é perfeito! Os funcionários maravilhosos, com um adendo especial ao George que tornou toda a nossa estadia infinitamente melhor, uma pessoa que só de você conhecer ja vai ter feito sua viagem valer a pena!

Amazing, super recommended and especially for a honeymoon!
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, with a big comfortable bed and a jacuzzi in the room.
The hotel pool was nice and relaxing, with an amazing view of the Caldera.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, quickly helping with any request and gave great recommendations for us to do on the island.
The restaurant in the hotel was also great!

Cons:

As we stayed for the long duration, the only thing that we got tired of was the stairs going from
And to the hotel, but they were well worth the view and the quiet and relaxing vibe of the hotel
