Sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Uns hat die Freundlichkeit des Personals sehr gut gefallen. Alle waren für jede Frage offen. Offenes Lächeln sahen wir oft.

Es war in zentraler Lage, Zimmer und Hotel waren sauber. Das Frühstück war gut und vielfältig.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat zu wenige Parkplätze; ich musste 1 km bis zum nächsten Parkhaus laufen. Im Zimmer war nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser. Der Swimmingpool ist klein.

Pros:

Der Empfang war freundlich und unkompliziert, die Zimmer geräumig und sauber (2 Sessel und kleines Tischchen)
Matratzen sind neuwertig und eher fest.
Bademantel und Handtuch für den nicht übergroßen Spabereich liegen bereit.
Mit dem Essen waren wir sehr zufrieden, denn es gibt eine große Vielfalt und es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Personal war weitgehend freundlich.
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und direkt gegenüber ist der schöne Stadtpark.
Man blickt ins Grüne.

Cons:

Die Parkplatzsituation im Ort ist schwierig und das hoteleigene kleine Parkhaus sehr eng und anscheinend kostspielig.
Es gibt keinen richtigen Ruheraum nach der Sauna, nur Liegen im Poolbereich.
Sehr warme Bettdecken.

Из плюсов: красивый холл, хорошая уборка, большой номер, смена полотенец каждый день, весь персонал очень вежливый улыбчивый, помагает по любому вопросу, за что особое большое спасибо. Есть WiFi. Отель предоставляет тапочки, халаты , полотенца для бассейна и небольшие тканевые сумочки во временное пользование. Главный для нас недостаток: отсутствие розеток возле кроватей, а те пару, которые находились на одаленной стене, нужно было выбирать, включить туда напольную лампу (так как потолочное освещение отсутвует), телевизор, или подзарядить телефоны, планшет... Завтраки простые вкусные, но не соответсвуют отелю 4 звезды. Голодными вы конечно не останетесь, но за 5 дней один и тот же вид панкейков ежедневно, один вид каш, один вид жареных колбасок, немного лучше ситуация с сыром, кофе и соки из автомата. Ещё раз спасибо сотрудникам, быстро убирали со стола, всегда приветливы и доброжелательны. Бассейн в будни работает с 10-20 часов. Но в 19.50 вас уже попросят покинуть его. В бассейне есть много видов водных массажей, гейзеров, джакузи и т д., которые включаются попеременно. Сауна понравилась. Температра все время горячая. Для нее выдают простыни. В отеле много семей с детьми. Маленький выбор каналов TV, некоторые без звука. Детская комната не соответствует заявленному фото, нет батута, валялась кукла без головы, вид у детской комнаты не весёлый. Парковка подземная, очень тесная. Внимание - нужно предварительно бронировать место. Есть небольшой спортзал с 5 кардио тренажёрами.

Cons:

Отсутствие розеток у кроватей, скромный завтрак для отеля 4 звезды.

Es war okay geht aber besser.

Der Wellnessbereich war sehr schön

Cons:

Wir haben die Unterkunft mit Frühstück gebucht welches bis 10.30 Uhr verfügbar war. Dann wurde sofort das Licht ausgemacht und eine sehr unfreundliche Dame verwies uns aus dem Raum. Ich hatte mein Getränk noch nicht einmal ausgetrunken. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt und ich bin sehr oft in Hotels unterwegs.
Desweiteren waren wir über die Osterfeiertage bei Ihnen und wurden morgens mit Baulärm gegen 7 Uhr geweckt, auch am Ostersonntag!

Es war einfach für ein 4Sterne-Hotel sehr enttäuschend, wie wir empfangen wurden!

Die Zimmer

Cons:

Der Empfang abends an der Rezeption war wenig freundlich: Wir mussten zunächst sehr lange warten, bis 12 Formulare ausgedruckt ausgefüllt und bearbeitet waren. Noch weniger angemessen für ein 4 Sterne Hotel war es, wie wir darum betteln mussten, das Auto vor dem Hotel abstellen zu dürfen. Erst nachdem wir zwei Stunden später nach nochmaliger zähen Verhandlung mit dem Portier an der Rezeption 5 Euro für einen Zettel für die Windschutzscheibe bezahlt hatten, durften wir unser Auto bis am nächsten Morgen abstellen wie die anderen Hotelgäste. Wir empfanden es als schikanös. Das Hotel können wir deshalb leider nicht ein zweites Mal anfahren, was wir eigentlich geplant hatten.

Mooi hotel voor een relaxed weekend, ook langer
Pros:

De ligging binnen Marienbad is super, je loopt overal naartoe, ook Thaise massagesalons zijn in de buurt, en goede restaurants!
Het ontbijt was lekker en het zwembad + sauna erg relaxed. Het hotel heeft nog wat sfeer van de oude glorie van het Oostenrijk-Hongaarse rijk en toch nog een vleugje Budapest Hotel oostblok vibes, vond ik persoonlijk erg leuk.

Cons:

Wat iets beter had gekund is de planning van het wellness aanbod, dat gaat allemaal nog vrij ouderwets en s'weekends is de wellness balie er niet - aan de receptie kunnen ze je niet altijd verder helpen (s'avonds bij aankomst konden ze niks inplannen maar s'ochtends hadden we onze kans gegrepen) - hier zou een online boekingssysteem het voor iedereen makkelijker maken denk ik - dat je bijvoorbeeld bij de boeking zelf al kan aangeven wat je wilt.
Een ander minpuntje waren de kussens, ik ben daar normaal gesproken niet zo veeleisend in maar dit keer vond ik de support echt te weinig - wat stevigere kussens zouden denk ik veel gasten beter bevallen.

Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen!
Pros:

Toller Eindruck, super Personal vor allem auch im Poolbereich. Nette Zimmer und sehr schöne Inneneinrichtung im Hotel

Cons:

Das Frühstück! Es ist zwar alles da, aber sehr lieblos hingestellt und einfallslos. Etwas mehr Idee beim Dekorieren und Präsentieren mit mehr Abwechslung würde dem restlichen Eindruck des Hotels mehr entsprechen.
