Remisens Casa Bel Moretto, Annexe

Arrived at the hotel and were told we didn't have a reservation despite having the confirmation on my phone. We waited approximately half an hour at the front desk as the host said he was dealing with a large party, however there was no signs of a large party. He then told us he could squeeze us in as a room was available on one of their other properties. We were given directions to the property, but after looking for half an hour, we were not able to find it and returned to the see the host. We asked him to walk with us to the property but he was unwilling, but when other guests also had problems finding the property, he walked with all of us to the second property. We were then put in a room that looked nothing like the pictures on the website. I returned to the front desk to ask for an iron, but the host didn't have one. I asked him why the hotel is misrepresented online and why there's been so many inconveniences, but he told me it wasn't his hotel and any complaints should be handled with the main office. He then swore at me in Spanish and locked himself in his room behind the counter. Our room had a shower that didn't work, and the hotel was also hosting many loud parties with many intoxicated people wandering throughout the property. This was approximately midnight by this point. From the time we arrived at the hotel, to the time we were given a room was a little over an hour.

Einfach furchtbar , die Unterkunft ist keine 3*** wert .
Man bezahlt für einen Parkplatz 13€ , wo man auf einen Dreckhaufen parkt , und das ganze Auto verschmutzt .
Und wenn man raus will , parken dich andere Autos ein , weil sie einen Mangel an Parkplätze haben - .
Die Zimmer werden nicht gründlich gereinigt , da wir Gegenstände wie : Unterwäsche und etc gefunden haben .


Mich sieht ihr in dieser Unterkunft nimmer .

Expedia photos are very misleading and neither Expedia or the hotel seem to accept any responsibility for this fact. Overall the hotel and the immediate area is quite run down. Our room overlooked a worksite, had cobwebs, a sink that didn’t drain and curtains that were falling off.
On the plus side the breakfast was very good.

Alles bestens - Hotel war sehr komfortabel, das Essen im nahegelegenen Hotel hervorragend Besonders begeistert waren unsere Kinder vom riesigen Pool, der gleich beim Meer liegt Alles top!!! Jederzeit wieder!!!!

La demi-pension n'est pas à la hauteur de standing de l'hôtel. trace de moisissure sur les fruits, oeufs présentant des trace de pourriture, manque de fraicheur des produits en général.

Very helpfull staff. Rooms of goods standard - big, clean and modern. Good wifi.
Hotel owns also swimming pool with sunbeds by the sea that guest can use free of charge and that was also great.

What have really dissappointed us is that they charge extra for gym - 8 eur!
Prices for drinks during dinner are also crazy expensive. Small bottle of water - 3 eur.

Food was ok - big choice, but nothing really impressive. We took halfboard.

De 2 første dagene hadde de ikke håndkler ved bassenget, vi sa ifra til resepsjonen og fikk en kompensasjon, overraskelse på rommet og skulle få låne en VIP seng ved bassenget resten av oppholdet. Denne senga slet vi med å få ved bassenget, resepsjonen sendte de Mail, jeg viste de også Mail jeg hadde fått og jeg hadde med stemplet bevis... likevel var de leid ut til andre, noen hadde lagt tingene sine der uten å betale - de som jobbet der fulgte ikke opp.
God service i resepsjonen og i baren på hotellet, men mange ansatte og dårlig service og oppfølging ved bassenget.

Il peggior Hotel in cui sia mai stata.
Sporchissimo, privo di attenzioni verso le famiglie e le disabilità. Costoso senza motivo...
Non so come gli abbiano attribuito 4 e 5 stelle dato che ci sono 3 stelle molto più meritevoli.
In stanza appena entrati abbiamo trovato ragnatele enormi, unghie tagliate sulla moquette, i bagni sporchi, l’acqua del wc non tirata, i cestini dei bagni ancora pieni... insomma indecente è la parola giusta per descrivere questa struttura... evitatela!!!!

Es handelt sich um ein Nebengebäude ohne Rezeption, das etwa 100 Meter (den Berg abwärts) vom eigentlichen Hotel - und damit auch vom Speisesaal, von der Rezeption, vom Pool, vom Kasino und vom Gartenbereich - entfernt liegt.
Der bewachte (und einzig mögliche) Parkplatz in der Nähe des Gebäudes (10 Euro pro Tag) wird privat betrieben und hat nur von 9.00 bis 19.00 Uhr geöffnet, sodass man weder vor 9.00 Uhr losfahren, noch nach 19.00 Uhr zurückkehren kann.

ritornata dopo anni a Portorose, alloggio ora al bel moretto metropole ( ex barbara ) gradevole accoglienza da parte della incaricata all'accettazione , impiegata da un paio di mesi in hotel..molto gentile. Camera pulita e confortevole e silenziosa. Molto molto gradito il gran piatto di frutta mista trovato all'arrivo in camera . 10 + per il tocco di attenzione !! bravi
molto piu abbondante e curata la colazione rispetto la cena, che andava bene , ma non come la colazione super..!

l'hôtel est neuf, fonctionnel mais il faut ajouter 10 à 15.-/jour pour parquer sa voiture. Nous aurions apprécié de le savoir avant, d'autant qu'il n'y a aucune autre possibilité de parcage
Le petit déjeuner qui est dans un hôtel 5 * (3-5mn à pieds) est extraordinaire.

Wir waren fünf Tage zur Erholung dort. Das Personal des Hotels ist sehr aufmerksam, wir konnten gleich bei Ankunft in den Wellnessbereich, während unser Auto geparkt wurde und unsere Koffer wurden, bis zum Check in zwei Stunden später, deponiert. Danach brachte man uns die Koffer aufs Zimmer. Auch beim Abreisen konnten wir frühstücken während unsere Koffer aus dem Zimmer geholt wurden und man unser Auto vollgepackt aus der Garage bis vor die Hoteltür brachte. Für dieses Parkservice wurde nichts verrechnet. Die Zimmer sind neu und hochwertig eingerichtet, die Betten sehr gut und die Bäder mit Wanne. Gute Klimaanlage. Leider kein Kaffee und Teekocher im Zimmer. Minibar ist vorhanden und die Preise okay. Leider ist der Poolbereich am Strand nicht ganz nutzbar, zwei der Pools sind nicht gefüllt, dafür gibt es im Poolbereich beim Hotel eine traumhafte Aussicht, Ruhe und genügend Liegen. Zum Frühstücken hat man eine ebenso gute Aussicht und auch eine große Auswahl.

Neues und sehr nettes Hotel. Extrem großes und umfangreiches Frühstücks-Buffet.
Sehr schöner hoteleigener Pool in Fussnähe und direkt am Meer gelegen.
