Recommended for short stays, but not for a longer visit
Pros:

It was quite easy to get there on the cab. The staff is friendly and helpful

Cons:

No tram stop nearby. The room was very dense for 3 people, no space to even sit apart from the bed itself. When they had repairs in the room, they placed us temporarily in a more sparse room, but then moved us back to the old dense room
