Pros:

Oda içi çok güzel dizayn edilmişti. Kahvaltı çeşidi ve kalitesi de çok iyi ve yeterli idi. Fiyata göre beklentimin üzerindeki hizmet için teşekkür ederim. Ayrıca odama bırakılmış olan hediye bir şişe şarap da beni çok memnun etti.

Wonderful hotel close to city center in Prague
Pros:

This was one of the best hotels Ive been. Im so happy I chose it. I felt very welcome by Magnam on the morning shift (The mixed asian guy?) He was excellent at his job, politr, professional, assertive, he deserves a raise.

My bedroom was great, air conditioner was the cherry on top in the middle of the heatwave. The bed was super super comfortable. I was gifted with a welcome bottle of wine. The breakfast was amazing, a lot of variety and even typical traditional czech sweets. I give to this hotel a 10 /10. Everything was perfect :)

Fair stay with nice breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast was vast and complete, nice options and really well served.

Cons:

Bed was horrible, the bed support wasn't right and my back felt the consequences.

まず受付のお兄さんが冷静かつ優しくてよかった。部屋も清潔だし快適でした。ウェルカムドリンクでワインが置いてあってびっくりしました。旅で疲れてて飲めなかったけど嬉しかったです。朝食もいろんな種類があるビュッフェ形式で美味しかったです。

Cons:

事前にわかっていたことではあるが、空港から来る時の最寄駅からホテルまでスーツケースを転がすのが大変だった。ホテルの入り口も10段くらいの階段があるのでそこも最後の一苦労。でもちょっと疲れるだけで大きな問題はない！

Приветливый персонал, расположение отеля. Со вкусом оформленный нмер, пусть небольшой но всему нашлось свое место. Чисто, хорошие завтраки. Спасибо ребятам.

Капризничать не хочется. Владельцы, персонал молодцы.

Enjoyable hotel not far from the downtown.
Pros:

Staff was nice, room was comfy and there were two complementary bottles of water and wine, when I checked in. I don't drink wine, so I left it behind. I liked the amenities and the bed, mattress and pillows were pleasant.

Cons:

Bathroom was clean, but a bit dark and could have a bit of renewal, as well as the shower head, it could be bigger. Nowadays many hotels have douche near by the toilet, that would be nice add on as well. But nothing was critically off.

I would start here again if I return to Prague!
Pros:

The breakfast was great, with a variety of choices. The housekeeping staff did a great job. The reception staff were so kind and accommodating.
