Clean and spacious rooms. Very good value, sometimes a bit Loud on a morning. The location was good, around 10 mins walk to train and main streets.
They upgraded our room for my boyfriend’s birthday and left a lovely note in the room. Thank you for a good stay :)
It was a very clean hotel about 30 minutes from what we wanted to visit.
Staff were nice enough but no one there to check us out even though I checked. I was also charged €2 for an adapter and then €6 later that day for the same adapter.
Air con did not work
We were not told about the lift hidden at the end of the corridor until day 2 of 3
I checked in on the 4th January and I was disgusted when I walked in and saw my room. It had two stickers on the door one saying "Mercedes parking only" and the other saying "have a coffee" both of which were peeling off. In the corner of the room the carpet was lifted and floor boards were on show. The bathroom door doesn't open properly and hits the shower door. There was also nowhere to store our clothes/belongings as well as two waterfall/palm tree pillows on the bed which I thought was highly unprofessional. I asked the reception for a room change willing to pay for an upgrade but was told there was none available. I was that horrified that I lasted half an hour in the room before booking and paying for a different hotel for the next 3 nights. I was told to email for a refund and they have still not answered me it has been 10 days and I have phoned and I have been told to wait for a response
This is a friendly and modern hotel with great staff who will always help. I had a Prague castle ticket that I had to print, and the reception helpfully printed this after I emailed it across. The room was a great size for a solo traveller and the room was warm and relatively quiet. I’d definitely stay here again, although the hotel is 25 minute walk to the main sites, but if you like walking (like I do) then this is fine. There’s a supermarket nearby, if you turn right as you step outside and if you turn right again, head up 100 meter and left down steps, which I found very convenient. The area felt quite safe too and there was only a bit of traffic noise.
Great location, friendly service, parking as a bonus, quiet and clean room. Thank you
I enjoyed the property. My room was quite comfortable.

Just returned from a three-night stay at the Royal Court Hotel and overall, we had a great experience.
Positives
The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was compact but thoughtfully designed — the bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent, and there was just enough space for luggage for a couple of days.
The hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre, which meant minimal noise and a peaceful stay. It’s approximately a 25-minute walk to the Old Town, which we actually enjoyed as a nice way to start and end each day.
The reception staff were particularly accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage both before check-in and for the entire day after check-out due to our late-night flight — a huge convenience. Tea and coffee-making facilities in the room were also a welcome bonus, as this seemed to be lacking in many alternative hotels we considered.
Negatives
The automatic hallway light in the room would occasionally switch on during the night for no apparent reason, so it may be best to keep the door between the hallway/bathroom and bedroom closed. One morning we also woke up to find the front door open — not sure how this happened, but it’s worth remembering to lock the door from the inside.
While we were comfortable with the room size, those looking for a more spacious room may find it too small. Similarly, although we enjoyed the walk into town, the distance and slight inclines may not suit guests with mobility issues or those who prefer to stay closer to the centre.
