good but unfair for the second day extension
Pros:

Great Breakfast and very well done

Cons:

I had to stay an extra night and I got the same room through the front desk and was charged 40.00 per night more than through booking.com which I thought was very unfair since the only reason I wanted to stay the extra was because I thought was fair price but apparently fairness does not work when dealing directly with Hampton.

Get better mattresses and fix the window in 312

Breakfast and staff was great.

Cons:

I would have given a higher rating but something was wrong with the window in our room. It was a very windy night and the wind was coming straight through our closed window. Our blinds were blowing and the cold wind and noise kept us up all night long. Also, the mattress was hard.

Pros:

The location is great and the beds were comfortable.the breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

We got trapped in the elevator and had to use the emergency assistance button. Fortunately we were able to get out after about 20 minutes. The staff didn't really seem to care that we had been trapped at all.

Pros:

Stuff was awesome.

Cons:

Our AC sounded like a tornado. It kept us up all night. Bed was hard. Pillows were great.
