Das Personal war freundlich, das Frühstück war guter Standard, das Zimmer war sauber, es gab ausreichend viele kostenlose Parkplätze.
Für uns war ein barrierefreies Zimmer reserviert. Vor Ankunft hatten wir dem Hotel per App mitgeteilt, dass wir darauf gerne verzichten. Auch, damit wir kein Zimmer blockieren, dass jemand lieber nutzen würde, der darauf angewiesen ist. Das Hotel teilte uns mit, dass dies kein Problem sei. Bei Ankunft hatten wir dann noch ein barrierefreies Zimmer, weil andere mit einem King-Size-Bett nicht verfügbar waren. Das war für uns natürlich okay. Alledings ließ sich die Sonnenblende am Fenster, die mit einer Fernbedienung gesteuert wurde, nicht weiter als zur Hälfte, maximal zu 2/3 öffnen. Auf meine Frage hin sagte man mir, das sei die Voreinstellung, damit Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung nicht geblendet würden, und ließe sich nicht ändern. Mein Einwand, dass die Sonnenblende weit nach unten fährt - deutlich weiter, als nötig ist, um das komplette Fenster zu verdunkeln - und Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung ja ganz leicht mit der Fernbedienung die passende Höhe der Blende nach ihren Wünschen einstellen könnten, um sie z.B. auch ganz zu öffnen, falls die Sonne gar nicht blendet, wurde höflich zur Kenntnis genommen, änderte aber nichts. So hatten wir bei unserem Aufenthalt für mehrere Tage/Nächte leider nur einen "room without a view"...
Location
The beds were cheap. Very hard. We were there for 3 might and each night was painful, horrible sleep. The mattress was on a platform and it felt like it too! The platform creaked loudly with every move on the bed. It was extremely uncomfortable.
The hotel was quiet and clean. The staff were friendly and professional.
I used the fitness center twice and the temperature was sweltering. Please lower the temperature in the room. A box fan simply doesn’t work.
Bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioner was very squeaky/screechy - couldn’t sleep
The check-in staff was very friendly. The breakfast selection was nice.
Our TV did not work. When we tried to reach someone at the front desk (between 9:30 and 10:00 pm - 5x) - no one answered. We were already dressed for bed and we didn't want to dress to go downstairs looking for some help with the TV. It might have just needed new batteries. Not sure. Frustrating though.
