La pésima atención del personal, no son amables y no le solucionan los problemas a los clientes, por el contrario le causan inconvenientes y disgustos porque no tienen ni noción de lo que significa “SERVICIO AL CLIENTE”

I’ve enjoyed my stay, the facility and staff were amazing especially Jorge, he went above and beyond to make sure I knew where I was going and gave the best advisement. I applaud the whole staff because this experience will make me choose this hotel over and over again

Excellent stay in one of their suites. Staff attentive and friendly. Great location, leafy neighbourhood and close to shopping centre. Other than chips, no vegan options on the menu (only downside). Did not try breakfast.
