It can be noisy in the middle of the night due to other guests coming from parties and not respecting the fact others are sleeping. There should be more control on this.

La falta de atención del personal. Se limitan a efectuar sólo el ingreso y cobro de la totalidad de las noches de permanencia y durante el resto de la estancia no hay absolutamente ningún Contacto. El personal del Restaurante tiene una pésima actitud y ausencia empatía. El desayuno ha bajado su calidad respecto a lo que ofrecían hace unos años, no existe la posibilidad ni siquiera de pedir un café sin tener que sentarse en el restaurante en donde la Atencion es pésima, no hay servicio ni atención en la Piscina. No hay atención de botones. no hay ningún tipo de información que se le dé al huésped sobre turismo , ni taxis, ni nada
It was clean and pleasant. The staff were wonderful, very accommodating and helpful. Very professional and super helpful with anything. The room was comfortable and nice with a very comfortable bed. I slept really well. Breakfast was abundant with a great variety.

Deberían tener un servicio de concierge como en los hoteles cinco estrellas en el mundo, que pueda apoyarte con tus necesidades de viaje. Esto sería muy benéfico para completar la oferta de valor del hotel.

The hotel is nice, the lobby especially. Personnel was really nice and welcoming, and accommodating with all services (including transport).
It is well situated in Medellin, with easy access (by taxi) to most attractions.
The room felt somewhat outdated with a very small shower and toilet room. Not unpleasant but not in line with the rest of the building (or with the price tag).

l'odeur entêtante des fleurs dans le hall, l'accueil peu aimable et a essayé de nous faire payer le minibar non consommé, il manque des peignoirs (pour sortir du jacuzzi et traverser le restaurant jusqu'à l'ascenseur) et chaussons dans la chambre
