La propreté et proximité avec tout, le Centre commercial Santa Fé à deux minutes à pieds.
J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’attention portée au client, le personnel est d’un professionnalisme et très agréable. Petit déjeuner délicieux avec un large choix et le soir je me faisais livrer un très bon repas dans ma chambre en commandant au restaurant de l’hôtel.

The location
The air conditioning was so noisy i couldn't use it at night and consequently the room became too hot. Also the toilet became blocked and the coffee machine didn't work and, although these were both dealt with very promptly, they simply shouldn't have happened at all
I went to Medellín with my wife for the wedding of my daugther. At the hotel I met with the rest of my family and the groom´s family. We spent together 6 wonderful days. The hotel is very well located in a hill close to shopping malls. The hotel has a beautiful lobby, a great garden and a wonderful terrace and pool with a deck and restaurant. Also have meeting rooms and a nice gym. Rooms are very comfortable and nice views over the city. Hotel staff is very nice and made my wifw and I feel very special.

There’s no international news program available.
There’s coffee machine in the room but only one intense flavor and one decaffeinated pod provided. When we asked more intense coffee pod at the reception. We were told that we’re allowed to have 3 pods a day—-what is this??? Staffs are generally unfriendly—-no greetings upon each arrival. We didn’t feel welcomed.
