Nice Hotel to stay when visiting medellin
Pros:

I had a very positive overall experience during my stay at the NH Collection Medellín Royal. The hotel is located in an excellent and very safe area of Medellín, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and business locations, which made it very convenient during my visit.

The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and attentive, always willing to help and providing a very good level of service throughout my stay. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality options, and was definitely one of the highlights of the hotel.

The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and I particularly appreciated the quality of the shower and bathroom facilities.

The only point worth mentioning relates to sleep quality. The doors facing the hallways do not appear to be very well sound-insulated, which allows some noise from the corridor to filter into the rooms. This was noticeable at times when guests returned late at night or when the housekeeping staff began their work in the morning.

Aside from this minor issue, my stay was very pleasant, and I would certainly consider staying here again when visiting Medellín.

El hotel está bien ubicado y tiene todas las comodidades, pero el personal es bastante descortés con los huéspedes

Cons:

La pésima atención del personal, no son amables y no le solucionan los problemas a los clientes, por el contrario le causan inconvenientes y disgustos porque no tienen ni noción de lo que significa “SERVICIO AL CLIENTE”
