La ubicación, cerca a los centros comerciales y restaurantes
Pedí por la aplicación y me confirmaron, que nos iban a dar 2 habitaciones comunicadas, esto no sucedió. Nos dieron 2 habitaciones en el mismo piso pero no estaban comunicadas.
la verdad, que cumple bien como NH, nada que reclamar con lo que es estadia y servicios
solo que cargaron algo que no consumimos, pero son errores que peuden pasar

I've been to a lot of hotels all over the world. This hotel has either the thinnest doors ever or I was housed in the worst part of the hotel. I can sleep easily anywhere; however, this was the loudest door slamming experience I've experienced in my 40+ years of travel. I was on the 4th level. If someone on the 12th floor closed their door, I could hear it, loud and clear! This was 24 hours a day all 4 days I stayed there. I asked the front desk if they could move me to another room to mitigate the noise, I was told the noise was the same EVERYWHERE. This was a shame because the hotel is a truly nice property. The service was excellent, but doors slamming everywhere was non-stop and very loud. The breakfast buffet was well appointed with omelets made to order with lots of options. The pool and gym were on the same area with the restaurant. The gym needs more variety of tools. The pool was very spacious and really clean. The location was near both the Santa Fe and Oviedo shopping centers. The price was not bad at all. Too bad for the amounts of door slamming that I experienced.
Excelent location just less than 5 minutes walking to Santa Fe mall.
Santa Fe mall is very big mall with restaurants and souvenir shops also, pet friendly.
Rooms are very modern, clean and the custumer service is a 10!
Restaurant inside the hotel with excellent service and delicious tipical colombian food and also other options that are not colombian.
The pool area is very nice sorrounded by beautiful gardens, and birds singing.
It was very silent at the room, very nice stay and value for money.
La propreté et proximité avec tout, le Centre commercial Santa Fé à deux minutes à pieds.
J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’attention portée au client, le personnel est d’un professionnalisme et très agréable. Petit déjeuner délicieux avec un large choix et le soir je me faisais livrer un très bon repas dans ma chambre en commandant au restaurant de l’hôtel.
Lit très confortable. Chambre spacieuse et propre.
