Everything is perfect.
Pros:

Excellent hotel, the entire staff is kind and friendly.
The breakfast is excellent, everything is clean, and the gym is of a very high standard.
Bottom line – the best hotel in all of Amman

Excellent accommodation and service
Pros:

Many hotels advertise excellent customer service and accommodation at this Sheraton it is absolutely true. Prior to our late arrival they arranged a taxi from the airport so we felt safe arriving after midnight with the taxi from Hertz

The concierge always informed us when our taxis were due and knew who we were and what flight we had arrived and when we would be leaving and unprompted returned a cable that had fallen out of my bag in our trip vehicle

The room service was exemplary and the food of high standard

The hotel also arranged our taxi back to the airport so it could all be paid by credit card and not the limited cash we had with us!!
