A Wonderful Stay with Outstanding Hospitality
Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The hotel was superb, and the reception staff were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and attentive. A special mention goes to Lyana, the lovely young red-haired lady, for her warm smile and kindness:-), and to Mr. Ahmad Abdellameh, the manager, for his professionalism and outstanding hospitality. They both made us feel truly welcome and contributed to making our stay a memorable experience. We would be delighted to return!

Among the best in Amman and half the price of the top brands accross the street.
Pros:

The gym, fabulous, extremely well equipped with Technogym gear. The pools, both the outdoor and indoor. Wonderful. The room very comfortable and the bed was top!

Cons:

The noise from the street. Had to request to switch rooms. It was impossible to spleep in the city facing ones. Needs better window soundproofing. Easy fix. But they promptly moved me to the silent side of the hotel. A bit smaller room. Still not absolutely silent, but very manageable, with some soft music as acoustic perfume.
