Excellent accommodation and service
Pros:

Many hotels advertise excellent customer service and accommodation at this Sheraton it is absolutely true. Prior to our late arrival they arranged a taxi from the airport so we felt safe arriving after midnight with the taxi from Hertz

The concierge always informed us when our taxis were due and knew who we were and what flight we had arrived and when we would be leaving and unprompted returned a cable that had fallen out of my bag in our trip vehicle

The room service was exemplary and the food of high standard

The hotel also arranged our taxi back to the airport so it could all be paid by credit card and not the limited cash we had with us!!

Fantastic visit
Pros:

The property was very clean and organized, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Mr. Oday -especially- was very nice and helped us upgrade our booking, if I were to go back to the country, I would certainly go back to the same hotel.

Considering the Five Star Hotel selections in Amman Jordan are simply fantastic; I decided to stay at my favorite Five Star Hotel last week!
We just had another outstanding stay at my favorite Hotel in Amman, Jordan. The hotel is, of course, The Sheraton Amman, Al Nabil Hotel!
My wife and I had several business meetings in Amman, and we reserved the best Amman hotel several days prior o our trip.
My wife’s biggest question was is the hotel still good, as she hadn’t stayed there in over one year! After we checked out she mentioned to me that indeed this was one of her best hotel stays in many years and she also said, it feels like I was staying at home! Everything was perfect!
Exactly my feelings, as I have aways stated that the Sheraton Amman, Al Nabil Hotel was my “Home Away from Home”.
They cater to the smallest details, such as an extra amount green tea bags, additional brown sugar and many reserve bottles of water.
I always ask for a walk-in shower because of my recent hip replacement.
As always, I ask for a room upgrade because of my current level with their Marriott Bonvoy rewards program, and I aways request a room with a balcony due to my wife’s smoking habit.
So, if you really want to have a very positive and rewarding 5 star hotel stay, I strongly suggest that you try the best 5-star hotel in Amman The Sheraton Amman, Al Nabil Hotel and you too will call it “Your Home Away from Home”…

Outstanding location in the middle of city- easy access to other parts of Amman.
Pros:

Yazan at reception was super helpful- very welcoming and because it was my 15th time, I was given an upgrade which I was very grateful for. I like it when loyalty is valued.

Cons:

Tissue box in the room would have been very convenient.
