Duży, przestronny apartament, położony w bardzo atrakcyjnym miejscu - blisko do Starego Miasta i do Galerii Krakowskiej. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

Cons:

Meble stare i zniszczone, firanki brudne. Wyposażenie minimalne - brakowało chociażby mydła pod prysznic.

Zdjęcia przedstawione na booking.com to nie są zdjęcia pokoju w którym mieszkałem. W pokoju śmierdzi z restauracji indyjskiej która znajduje się w tej samej kamienicy. Wyposażenie mieszkania pamięta początek wieku.

Would recommend this apartment for its location and value for money.
Pros:

It was a good size apartment and quiet. Location was great for walking to the train station and also into the old town. I can't speak highly enough of the staff, who were great. Very helpful and could easily switch form Polish to English as required.

Cons:

It's getting a little tired now, but value for money. We had kids and the two bedroom areas had no doors to separate for privacy and noise. My bed was too soft for my comfort.

Чудове розташування, поруч з авто та залізничним вокзалом. Будинок, в якому здаються апартаменти. Стійка реєстрації там же, не потрібно грати в квест "знайди ключі"

Cons:

Вибрали житло, бо є зарядка для електричних машин. Але приїхали звичайною і були не готові, що стоянка платна. Трішки неочікувано.

Після мого відгуку, команда апартаментів зв'язалась зі мною, переросила і залагодила проблему. Дякую, за таке вирішення проблеми. Дуже сподіваюсь, що наступного разу зупинюсь у Ваших вже відремонтованих апартаментах. Ще раз дякую за розуміння.

Рівень послуг, наданий Red Bricks apartments є не просто низьким, він є неприпустимим, особливо зважаючи на вартість.
Кімната, в яку мене заселили, абсолютно не відповідала фото на сайті, вона була меншою за площею, дуже брудною, меблі були старими і засаленими, у кімнаті відчувався сильний сторонній запах і була зламана віконна рама, яка не дозволяла зачинити вікно.
Щодо запаху, додам, що у відгуках часто писали про запах індійської кухні від ресторану поруч. Так і є, але навіть сильний запах карі не зміг заглушити затхлого запаху самого приміщення, попри відкриті вікна.
Коли я звернулась на рецепцію з проханням замінити номер, співробітник був дуже незадоволеним, пішов у номер переконатись, що ж з ним не так і повідомив, що на букінгу я вибираю лише тип розміщення, а не самі апартаменти, тож не дивно, що вони «виконані в іншому дизайні», а брудні стіни, підвіконня і меблі, то не є відповідальністю їхнього housekeeping. Оскільки я наполягала, що хочу спати з закритим вікном, а зачинити вікно йому так і не вдалося, попри докладені зусилля, номер мені замінили.
Другий номер був більшим за площею, але таким самим брудним, смердючим, з частково зламаними меблями і іржавою сантехнікою. Але оскільки вікна в ньому таки зачинялись, мені довелось залишитись там. Щоправда, лише на одну ніч. На другу ніч я забронювала інше приміщення за власний кошт, тому що залишатись там було абсолютно неможливо.
