Please note that entry to the Welcome SPA facilities are not included in the room rates and costs SEK 395 per person for three hours. Minimum age to enter the Welcome SPA is 16 years old.

Please note that breakfast and access to the Welcome SPA are not included in all room rates. Be sure to check what is included in your specific booking. Our SPA has an age limit of 16 years at all times except for the first session on the day of departure when we allow potty-trained children to enjoy a calm bath between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. SPA access includes 3 hours. Available time slots are 9:00 AM-12:00 PM, 1:00 PM-4:00 PM, 4:30 PM-7:30 PM, and 8:00 PM-11:00 PM. Please note that some SPA times may become fully booked as space is limited.

Breakfast can be purchased for 150 SEK per person if it is not included in your booking.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Underbar spa-vistelse!
Pros:

Väldigt härlig spa-avdelning! Bra att man kunde beställa dricka och tilltugg dit också. God mat och bra service på restaurangen. Rekommenderar creme bruléen. Bra frukost, gillade särskilt de nybakade frallorna och omeletten.

Cons:

Smal dubbelsäng och ganska trångt rum det vi hade.

Pros:

Även om rummet inte var stort, så var det mer än okej, det var bra. Sköna sängar, fint badrum. Helt underbar frukost. För oss var det en utmärkt läge.

Cons:

Att det inte fanns askkopp ute, alltså en bit ifrån entrén, menar jag. Eftersom jag är rökare.

Tycker i helhet allt var bra. Önska att det stod att poolen inte ingick för vi såg fram emot det.
Pros:

Personalen var jätte trevliga. Trevlig frukost. Trevligt med spelen som fanns.

Cons:

Hade önskat att det stod att poolerna inte ingick i priset. Tyckte det kändes som att dem skulle ingå när man läste. Kändes dyrt att lägga till en så stor summa för att bada en kort stund.

Läget passar oss bra, frukosten har blivit klart bättre genom åren , personalen i restaurangen var snabbt framme och dukade av och snyggade till vid borden . Positivt

Cons:

Personalen i receptionen var väldigt ouppmärksam och mycket upptagen med varandra . Ett litet ”god morgon” är väl det minsta man kan begära , likaså på kvällarna när man återkommer till hotellet, ingen tittar upp utan det är bara att skinka in . Här behövs utbildning i kundmottagning och kundkontakt

I was disappointed with my stay.
The pillows had an unpleasant smell and did not seem clean. I had to ask for a new cleaned one
The room was also very hot, and I had to ask for a fan because I couldn't sleep comfortably. In addition, the room felt cramped, especially the bathroom, which was too small.
Another issue was the check-in experience. As someone arriving from a different country, I found it difficult to access the property when I arrived in the evening. The entrance door was locked, and I had to wait outside for 5–6 minutes. There was no doorbell, and I couldn't call reception because my mobile network was not working. Eventually, I had to knock on a window so that a cleaner could see me and let me in. I believe this process could be improved, especially for international guests arriving in the evening or at night.
Overall, the accommodations and arrival experience did not meet my expectations.
