Pros:

Convenient location for shopping. Staff was very courteous and very helpful.

Cons:

Check in was a little later than scheduled but it wasn't a big issue. Responses to queries via Booking.com from the hotel were a bit late. I received my approval for an earlier check in after my arrival.
