As per Colombia's tax laws Foreign visitors and Colombian citizens currently living outside Colombia are tax-exempt (19% VAT) when receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or TP12 visa upon entry to the country. Exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodations plus service). Permit must be shown upon arrival.
This tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation.
To maintain the safety and quality of the experience for all guests, it is necessary to register companions during the Check In process. In this case the value of the additional person will be $99,000 COP + VAT.
If the companions are not present at the time of Check In, their personal information is required to carry out Pre-Registration. If the information is not registered on time it will not be refundable.
According to Colombian law 2068 of 2020, companions can only be registered with an official document, a citizenship card for national guests and a passport for foreign guests. It is necessary to print and have the hotel registry signed by each companion and clarify to the reservation holder that when their visitor is going to leave the hotel, they must inform the Reception, otherwise this value will be charged for the rest of the nights of their stay. . and the cancelation of the charge cannot be requested.
Guests not registered at Check In will have a charge of $99 USD or its equivalent in Colombian pesos according to the hotel's exchange rate in force and must be paid before entering the room. This value is per day and per person.

there were no washcloths in the bathroom. We had a leak in our air-conditioning that would leak into and onto the floor by the main entry door. They had to come out several times and drain it by having a gentleman come in stand on a ladder stick a hose into something suck on the hose and have the water drain into a bucket. Then we had another leak from the same air condition in the shower when you were taking a shower, you would have ice cold water dripping on you. The shower itself was not super hot. The toilet paper dispenser was broken and there was mold growing on the ceiling in the shower The employees would take the extra door card that I had to power the lights and AC, causing the room to be dark and warm when I re-entered from my trip around the city.
La habitación es muy confotable y el desayuno es espectacular.
El hotel no ofrece agua ni cafe como parte de la atención al cliente... todos los hoteles tienen esta atención minima con sus huespedes, pienso que el hotel mejoraria si aporta algo al huesped como la hidratación. Por esta razón no les doy el puntaje mas alto.
Ustedes los del Booking promocionan unos descuentos q el hotel no da. Con eso les digo todo. Tocó pagar la tarifa plena. Sin ningún descuento dijeron q uds son los q ofrecen eso no ellos
