To maintain the safety and quality of the experience for all guests, it is necessary to register companions during the Check In process. In this case the value of the additional person will be $99,000 COP + VAT.

If the companions are not present at the time of Check In, their personal information is required to carry out Pre-Registration. If the information is not registered on time it will not be refundable.

According to Colombian law 2068 of 2020, companions can only be registered with an official document, a citizenship card for national guests and a passport for foreign guests. It is necessary to print and have the hotel registry signed by each companion and clarify to the reservation holder that when their visitor is going to leave the hotel, they must inform the Reception, otherwise this value will be charged for the rest of the nights of their stay. . and the cancelation of the charge cannot be requested.

Guests not registered at Check In will have a charge of $99 USD or its equivalent in Colombian pesos according to the hotel's exchange rate in force and must be paid before entering the room. This value is per day and per person.

Fabulosa Estancia
Pros:

Muy buen hotel en la zona de El Poblado con bastantes restaurantes, bares y otros servicios cercanos, con unas perfectas instalaciones. El desayuno es espectacular con un personal muy atento que incluso te preguntaban que querías y te lo traían del buffet. La piscina es bastante grande, la cual estaba limpia y en buenas condiciones. La habitación estaba muy limpia con camas muy cómodas, el personal del hotel también estuvo muy atento.

Cons:

Por poner una crítica constructiva no hubiese estado mal que en la habitación a la llegada de los huéspedes haya al menos una botella de agua pequeña de cortesía, fue algo que eché de menos la verdad.

Una maravillosa experiencia, el desayuno es fantástico en un comedor acorde a las grandes ligas con un personal sumamente cordial y solucionando todo con una amabilidad sorprendente La habitación del piso 20 simplemente espectacular La comida del Hotel se lleva otro 10 donde la pidas (Restaurante, PB, Romm service o pileta
Y la piscina con su bar son un 10

No tengo criticas, solo me costaba manejar dos controles para una gran tv , creo que podría ser un problema mío
