To maintain the safety and quality of the experience for all guests, it is necessary to register companions during the Check In process. In this case the value of the additional person will be $99,000 COP + VAT.

If the companions are not present at the time of Check In, their personal information is required to carry out Pre-Registration. If the information is not registered on time it will not be refundable.

According to Colombian law 2068 of 2020, companions can only be registered with an official document, a citizenship card for national guests and a passport for foreign guests. It is necessary to print and have the hotel registry signed by each companion and clarify to the reservation holder that when their visitor is going to leave the hotel, they must inform the Reception, otherwise this value will be charged for the rest of the nights of their stay. . and the cancelation of the charge cannot be requested.

Guests not registered at Check In will have a charge of $99 USD or its equivalent in Colombian pesos according to the hotel's exchange rate in force and must be paid before entering the room. This value is per day and per person.

I felt like I was robbed at the end of the stay .
Pros:

Is in good location but price is very high compare to similar hotels around

Cons:

The refrigerator in the room doesn’t work and any drinks from there are very expensive, apparently they remodeling the rooms beacuse is an old property so you can hear big noises in the morning from your room also if you bring a visitor even for one hour is 100 dollars not matter what

Nosotros vamos al hotel por lo menos una vez al mes, siempre la recepción es muy buena ayer nos recibió una niña hacia el medio día que nunca había visto con una atención que no va acorde con lo que he recibido del hotel, creo que debe ser más empatía y atender con gusto
