Worst experience with Grand Hyaat. Not the Worth
Pros:

It is very old property with stains and uncleaned patches everywhere. The design of room is pathetic. You have to struggle to use washroom. It is like a puzzle. So small rooms with overpriced value. Would never never recommend to anyone. Need to take 2 Lifts to reach your room. First you go upto 22nd floor to reach the reception and then walk to the next lift and then go down. People at reception don't understand English. It was crazy. At ground floor entrance they have literally made a store at the counter with heaps of goods there. Stains on glasses on the facade. Not recommended

Great Stay, but Shower Needs Updating
Pros:

The location, environment, and staff are all great, especially considering the price. However, the hotel is starting to feel outdated, and the bathroom definitely needs renovation. Overall, it’s still a very good hotel. I’ve been staying here for years for my business trips, a couple of times each year, and would still recommend it.

Hotel muy cómodo con excelente ubicación y un gran desayuno. Buen servicio.
Pros:

Tiene una excelente ubicación en el distrito de TIANJIN con mucha actividad alrededor, hotel confortable con todos los servicios y muy buen desayuno

Cons:

La conexión a internet del hotel funciona regular. Al ser un hotel con varios años de construido podrían hacerle una actualización a las habitaciones, mejorar colchones y algo de mantenimiento de pintura y detalle en los cuartos.
Personalmente me gusta mucho el hotel y quisiera seguir visitándolo.

Don’t choose this hotel!
Pros:

China grand Hyatt are so much different. Don’t expect too much! But I stay in Xiamen Hyatt regency are better than this grand! Maybe the problem is the hotel not Hyatt

Highly recommended and I would come back again
Pros:

The breakfast Buffet was amazing with the variety, catering for all tastes. Western and asian variety.
The location is very good, got lots of options to hang out within walking distance.

Будет правильно также , если у отеля нет возможности предоставить номер с друмя отдельными кроватями, предлагать второе
Pros:

Отличное местоположение и вид из окна на кантонскую телебашню. Довольно чистый и просторный номер, ежедневная смена полотенец , есть чайный уголок и набор гигиенических принадлежностей , халаты и тапочки. В отеле бассейн , СПА и фитнес зона, что также приятно.

Cons:

Не удобное время заезда в 15.00. При том, что выезд в 11.00 номер не смогли предоставить на 40 мин раньше , (а я отправляла запрос за неделю, о том что нужен заезд раньше в связи с экскурсией) . Но правда предоставили возможность пройти в зону СПА и там принять душ после дороги, но переодеваться на ходу не удобно.
