Fantastic experience as always
Pros:

Been staying at this hotel whenever I visit Guangzhou for many years. Service has always been fantastic. Rooms are clean and food is very good. Very good experience every time.

Pros:

Отличное местоположение и вид из окна на кантонскую телебашню. Довольно чистый и просторный номер, ежедневная смена полотенец , есть чайный уголок и набор гигиенических принадлежностей , халаты и тапочки. В отеле бассейн , СПА и фитнес зона, что также приятно.

Cons:

Не удобное время заезда в 15.00. При том, что выезд в 11.00 номер не смогли предоставить на 40 мин раньше , (а я отправляла запрос за неделю, о том что нужен заезд раньше в связи с экскурсией) . Но правда предоставили возможность пройти в зону СПА и там принять душ после дороги, но переодеваться на ходу не удобно.

Cons:

Breakfast quality has dropped. I have stayed at the Grand Hyatt Guangzhou for more than 10 times and as early as the starting of this hotel. Every time i come, i felt the standasrd of the food has dropped.

A Grand Hyatt with expected quality
Pros:

Compared to nearby options, this GH offers walkable distance to the central garden with gorgeous view of the city downtown and Guangzhou tower. Although it has opened for years, this GH maintains the property nicely. Room is clean and luxurious as other GH. English friendly. Received complementary upgrade and benefits with WOH member. Must try their Breakfast Buffet at the 22nd floor.

Fabulous hotel
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Guangzhou. The hotel was excellent and truly beyond my expectations. Although the check-in process took a bit of time, the reception staff kindly allowed us to wait at the Grand Club. Their professionalism and warm hospitality left a very positive impression on us.
Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and the area outside the hotel is very walkable with a beautiful view of the Canton Tower. Overall, the hotel is fantastic, the staff are extremely helpful, and I would gladly stay here again.

Overweldigend door het uitzicht met wolkenkrabbers en dito vanwege de vriendelijke service.
Pros:

Een ontbijtzaal bijna zo groot als een voetbalveld, dat had ik nog niet eerder meegemaakt. Het lukt je zelfs niet in een week om alles te proeven, laat staan ons eendaagse verblijf. Het is fijn vertoeven in het nieuwe moderne, maar aangename hotel. Goede service door alle vriendelijke medewerkers. Wij kwamen in de avond aan, maar overdags is het een levendige buurt met veel winkels en restaurants.

Cons:

Het is wel even wennen om de lobby op de 22e verdieping aan te treffen en de kamer uiteindelijk 12 verdiepingen lager. Begrijpelijk dat vanwege veiligheid je altijd langs de receptie moet, maar om het hotel uit te gaan, ga je eerst met de lift omhoog naar de 22e verdieping en daarna met een andere lift weer omlaag naar de uitgang. Gelukkig gaan de liften wel snel op en neer.
Waar het hotel niets aan kan doen, maar je als reiziger wel mee te maken hebt is de ligging midden in het districtscentrum, waardoor je lang in de file staat als je met de taxi naar het station of vliegveld moet rijden. Beste om hier met de rijtijd rekening mee te houden om je trein of vliegtuig straks niet te hoeven missen.

Buffet breakfast

Cons:

Location of the reception, concierge services -difficult to receive online purchases. The concierge refuses to receive online purchases unless the guest is checked in. Other hotels have no issue receiving online purchase deliveries prior to the guest checking in.
