Sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption beim Check In und v.a. beim Check Out.
Es wurde trotz mehrmaligen Hinweis eine falsche Rechnungsadresse auf die Rechnung geschrieben. Eine Änderung der Rechnung wurde vom Personal strikt abgelehnt, mit dem Vermerk dass booking. Com Schuld sei.

Modern, nice, and clean hotel with very friendly staff
Pros:

We stayed here for two nights with our dog and have no complaints. The hotel is modern, nice, and clean, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The location is central and the rooms were nice and surprisingly well-isolated regarding sound. The breakfast was of high quality and as we needed to leave early, we were supplied with takeaway boxes upon request so that we could take our food with us instead of eating there. The staff also allowed us to bring dessert from the restaurant up to our room—as mentioned, service was very friendly and warm, which we appreciated. Everything worked well during our stay, and I would definitely stay here again.

Hann aldrig njuta av vistelsen(kort vistelse)men totalt sett ett bra boende.
Pros:

Trevlig tillmötesgående personal o rent o fräscht samt låg centralt.

Cons:

Att parkeringsmöjligheterna var svåra. Fanns parkeringshus men borde kunna informerats bättre om att av o påstigning vid den trafikerade vägen utanför gjorde det besvärligt med packning.
