Ett hotell med sinne för kvalité och bästa bemötande
Pros:

Frukosten var fräsch, välsmakande och avnjöts i en fin lokal med personal som på bästa sätt tog emot och servade. Överlag präglade detta hela vistelsen ett hotell som är välkomnande och omsorgsfull i alla avseenden.

Cons:

Svårt att hitta något att anmärka på varför jag också hänvisar till det jag tyckte om.

Good central location. Breakfast was good and the hotel lobby is nice and modern.

Cons:

In the hotel description on Booking it is said that sauna is free. That is not the case. Upon arrival, we found out that a payment of 195 kr / person is required. As my partner needed to use a sauna for health reasons, the free sauna was one of the main deciding factors for choosing this hotel. Also, the picture of the room in our booking was nowhere near the actual room we were accommodated in (I am aware that there might be some differences, the problem is that the room we were accommodated in was of a much lower class, e.g., older looking with lower equipment standards, than advertised). Because the room was clean and the breakfast was ok, I am giving a rating of 6. Otherwise we felt a little mislead by this hotel in terms of what was advertised on Booking and would otherwise give a much lower rating for this reason.

En minnesvärd vistelse!
Pros:

Hotellet hade ett fantastiskt läge med massor av restauranger och barer i närheten. Designen på hotellet och historien bakom den var verkligen jättefin.

Cons:

Jag bokade ett rum för två personer, men när jag såg rummet var det kallt och hade en väldigt besvikande utsikt. Jag vände mig till receptionen och efter att ha betalat 600 kr extra fick jag ett bättre rum. Det nya rummet hade finare utsikt och en mycket behaglig temperatur, men tyvärr var toalettens papperskorg inte tömd!
