Pros:

I didn't like anything because I was not able to check-in. Because the guy behind the front desk, I turned around and told me that I couldn't check-in, because they were doing some sort of audit. And then he told me he was going to cancel my reservation. And I was gonna get refunded, yep, nope, nope, that never happened. They've processed the reservation, kept it. And I lost that money, this place is a joke

Cons:

I was lied to by the front desk person at night. I'm not going to go check-in. They wouldn't let me they told me they were canceling the reservation that I would be refunded, and yeah, that never happened. They stole my money.

Pros:

Kim at the front desk went and beyond to help me when there was an issue with my reservation. The general manager Sam was also amazing when it came to her helping me. .

Cons:

I thought the breakfast was not worth the 16.95 price

Comfy cozy stay
Pros:

I stayed in the double queen suite and it was spacious, clean and well furnished/stocked in the kitchenette and the bathroom has everything you need as well. Great lighting and the beds are comfortable.

Cons:

How thin the walls are, you can hear people walking around upstairs and hear people talking in hallway and next room.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the jacuzzi tub in the room was exactly what I needed

Very clean and new

Cons:

Stated that breakfast was included when it wasn’t that would have been an extra charge so we left early to eat elsewhere. Not list complimentary breakfast if it’s added cost
