Personelin yeterli İngilizcesi olmadığından iletişim kurmak cok zordu. Otel dışarıdan peyzaj olarak gayet güzel görünüyor ama odamıza girince ve restoran bölümüne girince sinekler ve kokudan cok rahatsız olduk. Temizlik maalesef cok yetersiz. Otele ilk vardığımızda cok susadık ve su istememize rağmen, resepsiyondaki görevli kendi içtiği pet şişeye sebilden su doldurup bize sundu 😂 yani gerçekten bir daha uğramam; yönetim maalesef 10 üzerinden 2. Ki gayet güzel bir otel iyi yönetilse.

Resort imenso, mas todas as refeições e principais atividades são feitas no resort que fica em frente e do mesmo grupo. Piscinas paradisíacas e confortável acesso a praia. A comida é abundante, mas perde muito na qualidade e sabor. Espaço dedicado quase que exclusivamente aos russos. O resort dessa qualidade comete um erro grave em tempos de comunicação rápida. Não há internet gratuita nos quartos, apenas no lobby do hotel. Não posso avaliar outros quartos, mas o que me atribuíram, o ar condicionado era barulhento e o piso do banheiro não tinha descida da água, alagando todo o espaço. Nos quatro dias de nossa hospedagem, os restaurantes temáticos nuca estavam disponíveis para reserva.

I didn't like the check-in process. It was unorganized, I feel like the staff prioritized other guests who got there after us, were overall unhelpful. They attempted to charge me twice for the cost of the room refused to call expedia reps back so they could confirm that I already paid in full (even after showing them my receipt/confirmation). The manager of the hotel told me not to worry and that everything was okay. He promised to give us priority seating in one of the specialty restaurants for our trouble (lies). We were unable to check-in fully upon arrival and were told to go and eat first because the room wasn't ready. After two hours we went back to the service desk to check in get our key were told we would be charged for late check-in. We had to argue about this as well bc they did not ALLOW us to check-in on time. We got to the room and it was not as pictured for the family room. There were supposed to be two rooms with three twins however it was one large space with a queen two twins. The bathroom was filthy and the floors were still wet after they "mopped." Around 9/10p, there was loud knocking on the door eventually a note was slid under to come to the service desk. THEY WERE STILL TRYING TO CHARGE ME FOR THE ROOM. After having to argue again, the finance manager stated he would have guest services call expedia in the morning and they wouldn't bother me again (lies) .
The food was just okay. The waiters around the property were kind and accommodating.

The room is not clean. The curtains on the window are dirty. The bathroom is also not clean. It can be seen that the hotel was good before, and now nothing prevents the hotel from returning its old grandeur, the good will of the management is needed. The staff are mostly all helpful and nice.

All was very nice thanks m.salah and m.ahmed esa in reception they take care of all clients and m.kaled manger restaurant I was very enjoying the food,,, all was perfect,,, thanks rehana see you soon,

I loved my stay and the hospitality. The only 2 things...it os sdvertised as a SPA bjt there were no spa facilities and there is no airport shuttle which is convenient if you have a 3 am flight to catch although the hotel did arrange one for me on my return journey.

Overall, would recommend.
The staff were more than great and helpful, probably the best staff ive encountered this far.
a lot of entertainment options, all kinds of sports, spa, and almost daily events like parties and kareoke.

So nice hotel in all things and very beautiful animation really thank you very much,
