Pros:

I like their breakfast and also the staff how they attended to us, the apartment is very nice. I really enjoyed my stay.

The pillow is very light please try and make it two because of our neck. Thanks

We could not stay because the air conditioning was broken, the room was extremely hot.

The receptionist was helpful and provided written confirmation that the air conditioning was not working.

Cons:

The air conditioning in the room was broken, the room temperature was 29.6°C, and no alternative room was available. We had to leave and find another hotel.
