Во время поездки в Пекин мы остановились в DoubleTree by Hilton Beijing. Впечатления остались неоднозначные: у отеля есть свои сильные стороны, но есть и существенные недостатки.
Заселение и персонал
На ресепшене нас встретили приветливо. Сотрудники говорят как на китайском, так и на английском языке, быстро отвечают на вопросы и помогают с любыми просьбами. Перед поездкой я заранее просила сделать небольшой комплимент или повысить категорию номера в честь дня рождения моей мамы, однако, к сожалению, ни комплимента, ни апгрейда мы не получили.
Номер
Сам номер оказался значительно старее, чем выглядел на фотографиях. Мебель сильно изношена и местами заметно пошарпана. Шторы были грязноваты, а душевая уже нуждается в обновлении.
Отдельно хочется отметить качество уборки. В какой-то момент я подумала, что потеряла браслет в номере, и заглянула под кровать. Там оказалось очень много пыли и мусора, что говорит о том, что под кроватями уборку практически не проводят. Для пятизвёздочного отеля это неприятный момент.
Плюсы номера
Из плюсов — красивый вид из окна и большое количество бесплатной питьевой воды. Запасы воды пополняли регулярно, что было очень удобно.
Завтраки
Завтраки достаточно разнообразные. Есть как китайская, так и европейская кухня, однако китайских блюд заметно больше. Европейский выбор довольно ограничен. Для пятизвёздочного отеля немного удивило отсутствие таких привычных для международных завтраков продуктов, как слабосолёный лосось.
Один раз мы также ужинали в ресторане отеля. Ужин оказался действительно хорошим — к качеству блюд никаких претензий нет.
Расположение
Если вы планируете активно смотреть достопримечательности Пекина, расположение нельзя назвать удачным. Отель находится достаточно далеко от основных туристических мест, поэтому на поездки на такси уходило много времени.
