Cons:

Все проблемы от незнания английского языка. Очень сложно общаться. Бронировала номер на карту мужа, думала спишут с нее, писала заранее чтобы списали. В итоге при заезде были проблемы с оплатой: с его карты не списали как я просила, пришлось оплачивать другой, на что я не рассчитывала. При заезде берут депозит, заранее не говорят об этом. Потом проблемы с его возвратом были. Номера: у меня был номер на 16 этаже 1605, очень темный, освещения не достаточно, вечером просто темнота. Соседи из 1607 пели в час ночи и очень шумно себя вели. Ноль этикета. Кто-то курил в номерах, по вытяжке сильно несло. В ванной нет гигиенического душа.
Завтраки: мне не особо зашли, ничего не ела кроме яиц (выбор тоже не особо) и фруктов. Кофе сносный, пить можно. Завтраки с 06 утра до 10:00. Очень не понравилось за завтраком, что в 9:30 к тебе подходит сотрудник и начинает говорить, что они работают до 10:00. Как по мне, так это полное отсутствие уважения к гостям!
Уровень сервиса не 5*, причем я была во многих отелях данной сети

Overall is still a good stay since is near train station.
Pros:

Hotel interior is a little aged looking. High time for revamp. But all amenities are provided which is good. Excellent spread of breakfast buffet.
