The staff, the facilities, the food, the location near the village - all wonderful.
There are some very steep climbs around the premises so not really suitable for those with any disabilities without support.
We loved everything but the steep climbs could be an issue for people with mobility issues.
What a gorgeous hotel - amazing views, great location, and so well looked after. Everything was perfect, right down to the details. George, Lavinia and the whole team were so welcoming from day one, with lots of local knowledge and suggestions. The restaurant on site (Blue Moon) is fantastic and we would definitely recommend having dinner there if you are not on half board. The food was incredible. Overall a great experience at the most amazing hotel - we’ll definitely be back

Only the structure and swimming pool
⭐ AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE A CAR — “DEDICATED PARKING” IS A JOKE
We booked this hotel partly because it advertised DEDICATED PARKING. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different.
The hotel accepts outside restaurant bookings as well as hotel guests, but apparently doesn’t reserve parking spaces for the people actually paying to stay there. On our first night, we had to leave the car on a very steep rough road/hill, covered in stones, dust and sand — which they apparently consider “parking.”
When I raised the issue with staff, the attitude was basically that restaurant customers “have to park somewhere.” There seemed to be zero interest in the fact that we had specifically booked and paid for accommodation advertised with dedicated parking. Meanwhile, the manager and his friend seemed perfectly able to park directly in front of reception.
The room service wasn’t much better. The bed linen was not changed — the bed was simply remade. We had sand in the bed for three days. Considering where we had been forced to park on the first night, this made it even more frustrating.
Wi-Fi: very poor connection.
Breakfast: We tried it on the first day and didn’t bother again. You fill in a piece of paper with what you want, yet half of our order was forgotten. The “pancakes” were nothing like pancakes — more like some kind of fried batter absolutely soaked in fat. The fruit wasn’t good either.
Then there was the swimming pool. On day one we used the pool in front of the bar. When approaching the bar while wet after swimming, a member of staff rudely told us not to use the bar if we were wet.
Seriously? A bar directly next to a swimming pool, but guests using the swimming pool shouldn’t approach it wet?
The biggest disappointment wasn’t simply that things went wrong — it was the attitude when concerns were raised. There appeared to be very little interest in finding a solution or looking after paying hotel guests.
Man kommt als Fremder und geht als Freund. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist außergwöhnlich. Ganz viele Grüße an den "Breakfast Club". Ein ganz tolles Restaurant, was eine herausragende Qualität hat, und sich von den Restaurants im Dorf abhebt.

Le lieu très joli, l'accueil, le confort et la propreté de la.chambre. Le personnel et les managers qui font en sorte de satisfaire toutes les demàndes.
Le petit bémol c’est la taille de la piscine qui est petite. Le petit déjeuner suffisamment copieux mais assez classique avec peu de variation.
