Stella Sea Club Hotel

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Very relaxing, the staff are very friendly and professional. We booked executive suite with half board. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was amazing plenty of choices of food and beverages. The dinner was also great the only thing a water fountain so client and drink with dinner it would be great. Other than that I give Stella 10/10

I stayed 3 nights
First day from 3 pm (at my arrival time)
Till 3 am the power was cut off(12 hrs) so NO air conditioning working at room
So my first night was horrible in hot weather!
When we talk with manger of the hotel
He said by rude way there is nothing i can do
Even if the problem was from the electricity company
The hotel didn’t even try to compansate us

Very nice hotel. The food is really good and the staff is friendly specially Rawan Mohamed from the guest relation team. She is amazing. Thank you, Rawan!

Family Friendly

It is my 7th time to stay at this hotel.
I like its place, gardens, beach, breakfast and dining taste and varities.
There are 2 things that made my last visit not too comfortable:
1- room air condition is too old and has loud sound and you can not control the room temperature.All you have whether ON and too cold or OFF and too hot.This problem i faced many times in many rooms in this hotel.
2- It is clear that the new management company Orient has made a lot of competetive packages for some corporate customers that bring to the hotel a layer of low standard people that could not afford to appear in this hotel before.The conclusion is obvious in the pool where lot of garbage and in the restaurant a lot mess.

Cousy place and staff

The trip was for 5 people. The restaurant was very crowded as well as for the pool. The waterslides were good as well as the greenery of the place.

Everything is great

1- No free drinks during dinner which is not usual for half board.
2- one or 2 small free bottles of water per day for adult.
3- food and drinks are really expensive.
4- it is over rated in general.
5- deserts are of poor quality.
6- Receptionist is not really aware how to deal with the guests in a professional way. They are not flexible. They told me that I can get the bracelets at 10 then changed their mind. The Receptionist told me to make sure that we will not go for the breakfast which is a big joke as we have paid all these money so we are not greedy to get an extra breakfast for 250 pounds.
7- The room service can not be got easily to clean the room.
8- i was told that the room has sofa bed but it was not so I needed to order an extra bed. They considered it as complimentary thankfully .
9- The cafe machine produced diluted cafe.
To be fair
1-The guest relationship was responsive to some feedbacks.
2-The room service worker was polite.
3- The grilled food was good.
4- The animation team was friendly.
5- The waiters during food time were helpful.

Property is good, the beach is nice.

This property was beautiful. Lush and clean. Every block had its own pool. We loved it. Great family resort.

Cons
Buffet food was just OK
No shisha on beach
Its not directly on beach. Its a 5min walk. They dont tell you that.
I made reservations for 2 rooms and they put us in different buildings. Took hours to correct.

Not bad

Reception is taking too long, I wait for around two hours for a checkout took one minute, no excuse can be accepted for losing my time like that

Waiting for more than 1.30 hours to make check our, room services not that good and the season not being yet

Great place for a quick trip - near Cairo. Facility ans staff were great. Lots of options for open bouffet for breakfast and dinner. The beach was lovely. The ACs in the rooms were working great in the beginning, started to warm up. Didn’t call reception because we were there for a short time. They would have helped if we did.

Friendly staff

A lovely family getaway. We went half board and the food is lovely. My only issue was that dinner is served late and the kids were asleep before getting a chance to eat dinner.
