Atención del personal, buena disposición a cualquier requerimiento

Cons:

Las instalaciones son antiguas pero funcionales, mucho ruido ya que se hacen fiestas en la habitaciones y es un poco molesto en la noche

I like the room very spacious and the bed very good. Food very nice, plenty and delicious desserts

Cons:

I didn't like the disco wasn't open. In the information they said open Friday and Saturday but wasn't true. Just the open it on Saturdays; and I think they have lot tourist coming every day and with this kind of hotel need to open at less since Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Part of the attractions is can enjoy the disco. Was so disappointed we couldn't go on our stay.

The another point rooms are big at less the ones we had, but is necessary window to open wasn't possible. They have just air conditioner and isn't enough, the swimming tugs couldn't dry properly and started to smell. Natural ventilation will be great.

The other point is we took two services from the hotel for know the Island and go to aquarium; but about the train was very nice experience but the aquarium wasn't good, because we miss a lot information for precaution before go there. Will be great the hotel get some list os points tourist need to know before go. Per example we didn't know about aquarium is complete in the Middle of the water or ocean small island and we weren't prepared for that and was very shocking and struggling.The best way for go there is arrive in swimming tugs, shoes for the beach, practically not too much stuff and plastic bag or protector for the phone or money for avoid its be wet. We weren't like that at all. So go in the boat was horrible not comfortable and the place in there beautiful water and fish but the hanging bridge very bad. I think the hotel need to make a list with all these things people or tourist need to know before go there and tell about why kind of boats the persons they know offer, for make a decision to go or not go.

At the bathroom will be great a drawers for put personal care and the dryer.

Wifi is coming down constantly and the tv didn't work most of the time by night time.

Estaba sucio, el personal de recepxion eran muy mal educados y de mal humor.
Es l buffet estaba sucio. Las habiacionew tenían olor y sillas de plástico. La comida era sie pre la misma y se terminaba.

Buena estadia !
Pros:

La ubicacion en el centro de la ciudad y a una cuadra y media de la playa centrica. Cuenta con un Club de playa que está muy bueno. El all inclusive esta muy bien, acorde a precio - calidad.

Cons:

El wifi era casi imposible en la habitacion. En zonas comunes funcionaba mejor.
La variedad de comidas no era la mejor, pero está bien en relacion precio calidad.
Tengo entendido que antes habia un transporte al club de playa que queda a unos 6 km. Estaria bueno que lo repongan, ya que sino hay que tomar un taxi o transporte por cuenta propia.

Bien situé. Les chambres sont grande et le lit est de très bonne qualité. Dans la chambre il y a un coffre fort et la salle de bain est bien équipée avec des produits pour la douche.

Cons:

Pas beaucoup ou pas du tout d'eau chaude dans la douche. J'ai été malade durant une nuit, impossible d'obtenir une tasse de thé ou quoi que ce soit à la réception. Juste une bouteille d'eau pas fraiche.
En fait, aucune boisson n'est fraiche, rien n'est gardé au frigo!
