Pros:

Bien situé. Les chambres sont grande et le lit est de très bonne qualité. Dans la chambre il y a un coffre fort et la salle de bain est bien équipée avec des produits pour la douche.

Cons:

Pas beaucoup ou pas du tout d'eau chaude dans la douche. J'ai été malade durant une nuit, impossible d'obtenir une tasse de thé ou quoi que ce soit à la réception. Juste une bouteille d'eau pas fraiche.
En fait, aucune boisson n'est fraiche, rien n'est gardé au frigo!

Pros:

La ubicacion en el centro de la ciudad y a una cuadra y media de la playa centrica. Cuenta con un Club de playa que está muy bueno. El all inclusive esta muy bien, acorde a precio - calidad.

Cons:

El wifi era casi imposible en la habitacion. En zonas comunes funcionaba mejor.
La variedad de comidas no era la mejor, pero está bien en relacion precio calidad.
Tengo entendido que antes habia un transporte al club de playa que queda a unos 6 km. Estaria bueno que lo repongan, ya que sino hay que tomar un taxi o transporte por cuenta propia.

Que se podía ir a las instalaciones de los otros hoteles que están en la isla.

Cons:

Se acababan los cubiertos durante las comidas, faltaba variedad en el desayuno de calidad y las palomas durante la comida era terrible.

Decepción, precio / calidad, por debajo de lo esperado

La ubicación, muy cerca de todo

Cons:

El servicio, personal apático, todo muy racionado, no había agua para beber, el frigobar vacío, la proteína a la hora del almuerzo era diminuta, en ocasiones no habían cubiertos para almorzar, el check in un caos.

Todo muy bien a excepción del personal de aseo de habitaciones.

La recreación maravillosa el equipo de animadores tienen una energía full todo el día, se pasa vacando, alimentación rica y variada

Las personas que realizan el aseo en las habitaciones son indelicadas llegue a la habitación y me estaban esculcando una bolsa que tenía sobre la cama.
