Excellent dinner, every dish was wonderful: smoked tofu, scallion pancake, spicy crispy rice, scallion noodles, short rib steak perfectly grilled. Service was great. There is a parking lot about a block away if you cannot find street parking. Fabulous meal.
If you are looking for a hotel with Excellent Accommodations and Superb Customer Service then the search is over! The Joule hotel is a gem of a hotel in the heart of Dallas. My room was spacious, clean and the bed was super comfortable with high quality linens and down filled pillows. Great vanity area with a lovely rainfall shower.
Exercise is a must for me, and the fitness center includes state of the art cardio equipment and is open 24 hours a day. The roof top pool is beautiful. It was fun to order drinks from the full service bar by the pool and read a book one of the many cabanas by the pool.
The Spa is spectacular! There are so many different treatments to indulge in from massages to facials. The spa includes access to the eucalyptus sauna, crystal steam room and co-ed vitality pool for full on relaxation!
I enjoyed an award winning dining experience at The Sassetta Restaurant! I love Italian food, and The Sassetta Restaurant provides a cornucopia of fabulous dishes that center around a seasonal menu of house-made pastas, pizzas and salads.
The food was delicious! We had Ky as our server and she was lovely.
The Joule hands down has been the best hotel I’ve stayed in Dallas. The concierge was able to upgrade my room to the penthouse to accommodate because my room wasn’t ready. They also gave me complimentary drinks. Shanice at the bar was amazing and makes great drinks. Overall wonderful experience! Highly recommend!
