An amazing experience. The rooms are fantastic, the location is great, but the staff is what separates this hotel from all the others. The team here is amazing, the level of customer service is unparalleled. The building and vibe are great and so many amenities close by.

My shower was not cleaned from the previous guest as there was a large clump of hair on the shower wall. I ended up not taking a shower because of this
The Joule is my home away from home. I stay here usually 2 weeks out of the month and not only is the hotel facility amazing, the staff is incredible, the beds are out of the world, water pressure is great, products are great. It’s just all amazing. The staff is top notch and they make being gone from home much easier.
Colette is amazing and though she is no longer at the location, Rio was heaven sent. I highly suggest giving this amazing location a try!

Took my girlfriend to CBD Provisions at the Joule Hotel for a happy hour date, and it was an absolute win. We posted up at the bar loved the cozy / upscale vibe.
I ordered a Manhattan that was perfectly balanced, exactly how I like it. Food-wise, the sliders were a standout, and we couldn't resist the banana pudding — rich, creamy, and the perfect way to close things out.
The service is what really made the night, though. Our server Wes was on top of everything without ever hovering, clearly knew the menu front to back, and kept the whole vibe easy and fun. And Ben, the manager, swung by with great recommendations all night — he's the one who steered us toward that banana pudding, and got us even more excited by mentioning the carnitas on the dinner menu. Now we're already planning our next visit just to try them.
If you're looking for a spot in Dallas that's cozy, high-end, and genuinely fun — with service to match — CBD Provisions is it. Ask for Wes and Ben, order the Manhattan, and don't skip the banana pudding.
Just had the best happy hour at CBD Provisions inside the Joule Hotel, and I'm already planning our return! The vibe hits exactly right — cozy yet polished, high-end without being stuffy. The perfect spot to unwind in downtown Dallas.
We started with a glass of wine and a perfectly balanced old-fashioned, then dove into the pimento cheese toast and short rib croquettes — both absolute must-orders, rich and indulgent without ever feeling heavy.
But honestly, the staff made the night. Our server, Wes, struck that rare balance of attentive without hovering — he knew the menu inside and out and genuinely went above and beyond for us. And the manager, Ben, was just as fantastic, steering us toward dishes based on exactly what we were craving (every suggestion landed) and even pointing us to a great local spot to catch the FIFA match afterward. Between the two of them, it felt less like a hotel restaurant and more like being taken care of by friends who know the city.
If you're in Dallas, CBD Provisions is a must — go say hi to Wes and Ben. Highly, highly recommend!
Luxury. Nice clean room. Especially like the house car service and the valet team. The chocolate treat from the turnover service is very nice as well.

There were a couple minor inconveniences, but the hotel staff apologized for them and went above and beyond to make up for it. I could not be more satisfied with the experience.

A stop in the Joule lobby for coffee, shopping in Swoon and Taschen Books. The service and experience in all three were warm, friendly. Particularly Jim Wegerbauer in Taschen, who’s a great bookseller—a lost art. Joule’s lobby, including Sassetta, is downtown Dallas’s living room.
The Joule was an amazing experience to say the least! The staff goes above and beyond for their guest. Upon our arrival and after checking in they offered us complimentary champagne which was amazing. The room was amazing and extremely clean! The shuttle vehicle that drove us to our dinner reservations was amazing. In addition, you really get what you pay for when it comes to staying at the Joule! I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful masterpiece of a luxury hotel! I will be back!!!!
