A valid identity document must be presented at the time of registration. Foreign business guests who request a printed invoice are also required to pay 18% sales tax, regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This tax is not automatically included in the total amount of the reservation.

Hotel de bolsillo con una calidez genuina
Pros:

La decoración del Hall de entrada y bar, la limpieza de las instalaciones como Hall, baño del Hall, restaurante, la cafetería puku puku era preciosa. El desayuno con bastante variedad. Destaco la amabilidad de Lorena y el personal en general, la amabilidad de la señora de los tour, los guardias, todos muy amables.

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación que nos tocó no fué muy eficiente, en el desayuno sugeriría que el carro donde se preparan los omelette pudiera quizás quedar en la terraza ya que adentro se mezclan aromas y al bajar la gente lista y duchada para salir queda con la ropa y cabello con aroma a frituras. Nos tocaron días en donde la piscina temperada falló y nunca pudimos usarla.

Location was perfect, staff and food amazing. The pool was lovely.

Cons:

The bed. The mattress was terrible. It was so bouncy and old, everytime my husband moved it woke me. They did move us to a room with 2 single beds to solve the problem.

This hotel and services are better than any I’ve experienced- I’d certainly stay here every time I’m in Lima
Pros:

This hotel was my base for traveling Peru and Lima- for my Globus group and down time solo. It’s a very safe, quiet, comfortable hotel in a brilliant location for lots of activities. The airport transfer service for a solo senior woman is perfect especially early morning departures.
The service standards are truly amazing- thanks Luis in F&B and reception Conscierge- there is always someone willing to help. Advise, trips, the post office, taxis…they go beyond my expectations every-time.
