Great location, safe walking to restaurants and malacon. Comfortable bed, ok breakfast, nice staff.
Very uneven housekeeping. Sometimes no toilet paper, sometimes no towels. We have stayed here a number of times before and this is a new issue.
Nothing. I would never stay there again!!
We arrived the hotel at 3:30 PM (check in starts at 2:00 PM). Our room wasn’t ready, so they made us wait in the lobby for 45 minutes while they cleaned the room. No apology, no voucher for a free drink or meal, nothing. They stored our luggage while we waited and when the room was ready, we were surprised that the porter wasn’t going to help bring the luggage to our room. We asked, but we had to handle the luggage ourselves. The room was somewhat outdated and sections need renovation (definitely). The location of the hotel (street/area) was not what I expected (a bit sketchy). Hotel staff is not very helpful. We stayed at the Casa Andina Premium in Cusco and that hotel was much better. Suggest that the staff learns from them. I DO NOT recommend this hotel!!
