A valid identity document must be presented at the time of registration. Cons:

Mala experiencia con el room service que cerró por mantenimiento de 22 a 00:00 horas. Tuve que salir a buscar algo de comer fuera de las instalaciones.

Todo marchaba bien en tema de expectativa , sin embargo el último día hubo un inconveniente en el desayuno el cual cerraba a las 10:00 , con mi pareja nos presentamos a las 09:30 por la gran demanda no había vasos para los jugos y el el pedido para los huevos una demora de 1 hora.
Nosotros como huésped si podemos tener flexibilidad y consideración , sin embargo la encargada de la recepción del desayuno no tenia esa consideración lo cual cerro y quito todo a las 10:00 en punto.
Por lo tanto es importante evaluar el entorno y las diferentes situaciones , ya que ese día arruinó toda la satisfacción del descanso en el hotel.

Cons:

La atención es importante al comenzar la mañana tener la mejor disposición para solucionar y satisfacer al huésped pese a las perturbaciones que se puedan generar y ser flexible de acuerdo a tipo de acontecimiento que van acurriendo.
