A valid identity document must be presented at the time of registration. Concierge was extremely helpful and kind. Good location

Cons:

Front desk staff (person who handled the check-in) was dismissive, mean and condescending. We were taken back by the veiled disdain shown to us. Specially after we had such nice experience in all the other hotels we stayed at during our trip in Peru. This experience clearly put a strain on our mood. We hope the hotel will take measures in training your staff on treating all guests equally.

2. En cambio el conserje más joven y alto (185 cms) al lado de ella SIEMPRE fue cordial y eficiente.
