The staff were great and helpful, the room was clean, and the food was good.
The shower head needs fixed and the shower filled up and didnt drain well. The bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable and hard.

Location is great!
Ac either had 67 or 60, nothing in between, took stairs down to main floor, construction workers propped one of the outside doors open and was open all night, security????? Tried to go out a side door and it was locked??? Again security?? I understand construction but security should still be maintained.
Location and friendly staff
Hotel would not refund 2nd night stay after first night checkout because they said I booked thru booking.com and booking.com needed to contact them to issue refund. I paid for the rooms at the time of check-in using my own credit card so they could have refunded me the unused amount at the time of checkout. I then contacted booking.com on the booking.com site but no resolution has yet happened for refunding the second night stay which was cancelled. There is no direct way to contact booking.com and I will not be using them again yo book travel.

I'm from Chicago and lived in Atlanta and San Diego and visiting Tucson and the holiday I must say I've never been somewhere so peaceful and quiet at night it was a joy I mean no noise..loved it

The remodeling is due and will make it better. There was no bottled water in the room to make coffee with.
Location away from noisy traffic
No one told us that time of booking nor at check-in that there was ongoing construction. We were rudely awakened to pounding and banging and hammering on the floor above us as the hotel is doing renovations. It was very annoying and interrupted our intended sleep in. Very disappointed.
Good price and breakfast was good. Will definitely come back again.
