My experience with Booking.com was absolutely terrible. I booked a property through their platform, but when I arrived at the property for my stay, the property refused to accept my booking made through Booking.com. Imagine travelling to your destination, expecting your accommodation to be ready, only to be told that your booking will not be accepted!

This was extremely frustrating, stressful, and completely unacceptable. I trusted Booking.com to provide a reliable booking service, but the experience left me stranded and disappointed. What is the point of making a reservation and receiving a booking confirmation if the property refuses to honour it?

**Booking.com seriously needs to take responsibility for these situations instead of allowing customers to suffer because of booking failures.** Customers pay for a service and deserve reliable accommodation, proper support, and a solution when something goes wrong.

I would not recommend Booking.com based on this experience. Think twice before booking through this platform, because a confirmed reservation does not necessarily mean you will get the stay you paid for. Absolutely disappointing service!

Not worth the money. Especially the food was pathetic. No proper parking.

The complementary breakfast is pathetic. It was mentioned as continental breakfast. But they only had non veg briyani, a little cereals and bread. Nothing else. That too no cold milk for cereals. Shower gel and soap dispenser were empty. No stirring sticks available for coffee. No dedicated parking available. Only on road parking. You should struggle to get parking every time u go somewhere and comeback to hotel.

My check in was at 10am and hotel had sent me a confirmation on that. But when I reached the hotel they kept us waiting and waiting.Finally we left our bags at the reception and proceeded to do our work. Keep up to your word or do not promise
