breakfast menu poor and cold, good location with parking, but I do NOT recommend to take any of 6th or 7th floor rooms - lift while operating is causing a lot of noise and vibrations to the floor. Helpfull staff at the reception.

Staff on reception were very helpful and friendly. Printed a document for me which was much appreciated. Close to old railway station and opposite a new riverside development. A good hike uphill to the main Republic square, however, a 20 minute walk across the bridge to the Palace. All in all great!

Friendly and welcoming staff. More modern pictures in the rooms.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the service – both at the hotel and during breakfast – was outstanding. Especially the young man ( Alam) at breakfast, who was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Location: some walking uphills to the city center; bus available; airport minibus A1 nearby.
Staff: very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom: strange shower, very high up, no tap; no dry place where to put your things, no hooks

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Unterkunft. Die Zimmern waren sauber . Das Essen sehr lecker, ein schönes Bufet. Das Personal sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit.

Konumu çok iyi. Merkeze yakın pek çok yere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Kendi park yeri var ve yeterli sayıda araç park edebilir. Resepsiyon ilgili kahvaltı dahil olması güzel ve kahvaltısı başarılı.
Fiyat performans anlamında kesinlikle çok iyi tekrar gelsem gene burada kalırım.
Oda temizliği yeterli sayılır ücretsiz su var odada.

I stopped by at Reception to ask directions and Marija was very kind to assist, she also booked me a city cruise through Belgrade.
Marija was very professional and willing to help with any questions I had

Hotelli oli kävelymatkan päästä nähtävyyksistä mutta juuri hotellin ympäristössä ei ollut viihtyisää. Saimme junior sviitin tavallisen huoneen sijaan, mikä lämmitti mieltä. Hiljaista ja tilavaa, mutta kuluminen näkyy. Esim yksi ikkuna oli rikki. Aamupala "ihan kiva" ja sisältyi hintaan. Ulkopuolella parkkipaikkoja jotka sunnuntaisin ilmaisia. Muutoin 15€ päivältä hotellin takana. Netti toimi vaihtelevasti.

Helpful and polite staff.

The best value for money right in the heart of Belgrade. The staff is so kind and attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. I think the management has changed, truly a level of excellence I haven't seen before. The rooms were spacious, rarely have I seen rooms that spacious for an average price. Breakfast was delicious and there were many options. We had a great time and were close to all the restaurants, shops, Kalemegdan, Belgrade Waterfront etc. Highly recommend!

Kqikki kaikkiaan, on hyvä hotelli erityöim hyvällä paikalla. Ekana iltana tarjottiin syömäkelvotonta aamiaista vedoten siihen,että hotellissa vain 4 asiakasta. Mutta seuravana aamuna aamiainen oli hyvä! Hinta- laatu on mainio!
