Ovu recenziju ne pišem sa namerom da naštetim vašem hotelu, već želim da vam prenesem iskreno i konstruktivno mišljenje o svom boravku.

Nažalost, tokom samo dve noći morao sam čak četiri puta da menjam sobu. Sobe 201 i 605 bile su pravo razočaranje i potpuna katastrofa. Tek kada sam dobio apartman 501, konačno sam bio zadovoljan smeštajem.

Posebno prva noć bila je veoma neprijatna i daleko ispod mojih očekivanja.

Međutim, ono što zaista izdvaja vaš hotel jeste vaše izvanredno osoblje!

Posebnu pohvalu želim da uputim Jeleni sa recepcije. Ona je zaista anđeo! Njena ljubaznost, spremnost da pomogne i profesionalnost su za svaku pohvalu.

Takođe, Dajana iz domaćinstva (housekeeping) i Alem iz restorana, koji radi na doručku, zaslužuju sve pohvale. Svo troje su svojom ljubaznošću, srdačnošću i trudom ostavili izuzetno pozitivan utisak na mene.

Takvi zaposleni su pravo bogatstvo svakog hotela i nadam se da ste svesni koliko vrede!

S obzirom na to da ću u budućnosti češće boraviti u Beogradu, odlučio sam da vašem hotelu pružim još jednu priliku, prvenstveno zahvaljujući ovim divnim ljudima.

Iskreno se nadam da će moj sledeći boravak biti znatno prijatniji i da ću ovog puta moći u potpunosti da uživam u vašem hotelu, bez neprijatnosti i potrebe za promenom sobe.

Soba je bila prljava, klima nije radila, kupaonica je bila sanirana od prodora vode vidljivo loše, prozor od sobe nije se mogao otvorit jer je bila razbijena drška….

Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals.

Cons:

Das der eigene Parkplatz aufgrund einer Baustelle doch nicht zur Verfügung stand. Wäre kein Problem gewesen, wenn ich es vorher gewusst hätte, jedoch habe ich das erst vor Ort erfahren/gesehen.

Die Entschuldigung dafür war, dass die Baustelle bei meiner Reservierung vor ein paar Monaten noch nicht vorhanden war.

Die Zimmer waren nicht ganz sauber. Meine weißen Socken waren nach ein paar Schritten grau auf der Sohle.
