Location is great. Clean rooms with great view of Oia. Nice hotel, good staff and decent breakfast. Only downside was that the jetted tub is not a hot tub. The water was cold so it was like a private pool rather than a jacuzzi.

We had an incredible stay at Armeni Suites. The views are absolutely unmatched — waking up and looking out over the caldera was truly breathtaking, the best we’ve ever experienced in Santorini. The room was clean, comfortable, and felt private while still being close to Oia’s main attractions. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.

The owner is amazing! Sooo welcoming and gave us all the essential tips! Apart from the very good room, amazing view!! The breakfast was basic but very good served in the room! The location is just right! Close to the centre and acess to all activities ! We would love to come back

We booked a Junior Suite which is listed as having a private balcony. We did not get a private balcony and all of the windows in our room were facing the public walkway in front of the pool. Sophia was very helpful and moved us halfway through our stay. There is a bigger problem here because their “junior suites” are all different and given based on “priority” so you don’t know what you’re going to get even though you pay the same.

Other than that location was amazing

The hotel was amazing! The service was phenomenal, they made arrangements easy for us to transport to and from the hotel. The bellboy even carried our luggage from drop off and was there for us to help in our early departure. The hospitality was exceptional as they prepared to-go breakfast for us since we were leaving prior to their breakfast hours. Not only would I highly recommend staying here for the hospitality, it is in the heart of the city and reachable to many attractions.

Stayed in the Junior Suite. The room was lovely, spacious, and beautifully presented. The view was absolutely incredible and the whole stay felt peaceful and relaxing. We had breakfast via room service which was a great touch. It was delicious and arrived promptly. Would definitely stay again.

We booked last minute and were not sure but upon meeting Sophia it was the best choice she helped with things before I even knew we would need help with. Transports - catamaran excursions and restaurant bookings! She truly made our experience so easy and enjoyable! 100 would return

Our stay at this beautiful hotel in Santorini was nothing short of perfect. What truly set it apart? The best steps in Santorini—wide, well-maintained, and far easier to navigate than many others on the island. This made coming and going a breeze, especially after long days of exploring.

But what really made our experience unforgettable was Sofia and her amazing team. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Whether it was helping with reservations, offering local tips, or simply greeting us with a smile each morning, their warmth and hospitality made us feel completely at home.

A memorable stay with room for improvement

The hotel’s location is truly excellent—definitely one of its strongest assets. The views are stunning, and the setting has all the charm you would expect from Santorini. The rooms are beautiful, reflecting the island’s traditional style.

That said, there are a few areas that could benefit from some updates or renovations. Some of the furniture, both in the rooms and in the common areas (especially beach chairs, outdoor tables, and umbrellas), is starting to show signs of wear. Improving these would really enhance the guest experience and add value to the property.

Sofia was extremely helpful during our stay—kind and attentive. Still, it would be great to have a more professional and consistent staff presence overall, especially given the hotel’s category and prime location.

I share these comments with the best intentions, as the hotel has so much potential. With a bit of investment, it could become an even more exceptional place to stay. I truly hope these suggestions are taken as an opportunity to grow.

We got lucky booking this gem of a hotel in prime location. Everything about our stay was outstanding. Would return in a heart beat and would highly recommend anyone who’s staying in Santorini to stay at this hotel.

Sofia the reception/concierge is phenomenal!!! The staff who makes breakfast to order and keeps rooms tidy is wonderful! And vitali the porter/breakfast delivery and pool maintenance made our stay so relaxing! Best views of the Caldera!!! Definitely suggest taking the catamaran day tour!!! There is a great restaurant to view the sunset called Cup & Co. with rooftop seating. Santorini is magical from sunrise through sunset!!!

Very sweet and friendly hotel. Great location.

This is a property for young healthy people. My room was 62 steep steps from the walkway. I had to take several breaks each time up and down and limited my trips back to the room because of the difficulty navigating the steep steps and the fact they had no railing.

I sheet of plywood would have been more comfortable than the bed.

The shower head wouldn’t stay hanging because the holder was broken.

There was no shower curtain or door. Water went everywhere when trying to shower.

Toilet paper couldn’t be flushed.

I have been in many hotels , but his one totally exceeds my expectations, excellent staff, service , and specially the location and special views. I will recommend it to friends and family and hope to be back in the near future, thank you for an amazing experience.

This hotel did not meet my expectations. I was promised an ocean view, which was one of the main reasons for my booking, but did not get one. After discussing this with the reception, she said the ocean view was from the staircase leading to the room. The hotel itself felt very old and in need of renovation. My shower was a tub with a shower nozzle attachment, but no curtain. The bed squeaked loudly and was uncomfortable. The room did not match the pictures of the room we supposedly booked. In fact, our bathroom did not show up in any of the pictures.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. I hope the management can address these issues for future guests.

Staying at this hotel made our trip to Santorini 10x better! We had the most breathtaking view from our balcony and service was excellent. The breakfast is fantastic and delivered right to your balcony. Even your luggage gets taken up and down the steps for you! Between that and a perfectly clean room, this say could not have been better!
