Cons:

I had called for the tub that had hair and i had to clean as well as drain full of hair this is why water was not running.
the $15 per person per day they told me that did not apply at that property.
I truly was a bit dissapointed

Pros:

Secluded location, and the amazing staff during our stay.

Cons:

No complimentary breakfast , and for the those who may have health challenges, it’s and inconvenience to not be able to access balanced foods right away.

Priced high per night for a hotel near the port
Pros:

The location is close to the port.

Cons:

That one year ago rooms were 125 this last stay 250 which is high for the age of the hotel. The port shuttle service was fully booked which was a first for me when staying there this was my 3rd time and due to price for 1 night probably last. As the price per night I can't justify when other hotels are closer and cheaper

this is not a good hotel in Miami
Pros:

This hotel was not up to par. Staff was very rude. Breakfast was $17 and included an 18% tip......Why should I tip a waitress who serves 3 out of 4 people and never comes back with the 4th meal? I went to her and said are you going to serve me and she said did you not get your meal? Really you want an 18% tip? The lobby and restaurant were very cold...no heat apparently. I would not recommend this hotel.
