Great hotel, a huge room with all amenities to make your stay so comfortable. Very clean and the coffee maker and the microwave were a plus. The bed so big and comfortable and the complimentary airport shuttle make the choice so right.

I booked this hotel, it said it had an airport shuttle. I called the hotel when arrived at pick up and asked for shuttle pick up, they said the shuttle is only every 30 min which is not stated when booking. I waited and waited! Called multiple times and kept being told shuttle is on way! After over an Hour a shuttle pulls up as pulling up someone from hotel called asking if shuttle has come I responded it’s here now thinking yay finally we r going to hotel! The driver gets out and tells us he isn’t going to take us to the hotel and says he only has 3 seats left we say well there’s only 2 of us! He said ya well I have other people to pick up so you have to wait! I said it’s been over an hr of waiting! He continues to say he only has 3 seats and is refusing to take us and says to get another shuttle it will be 30 min about didn’t care was rude and walked away and left us! The people around us waiting for other pic up where in shock as much as us and said what and why that was rude and we all said we had never had any shuttle service rufuse to pick up guests before and he said he has room! I didn’t know shuttle services pick and choose who they pick up and when isn’t it first come first service we have room pick up!?!? So Waited and called again and again and We finally got picked up by a different shuttle this was a older guy white hair he was nice but did stack luggage as it has to go in back of van, it was all scratched scuffed up which I was not happy about but at least he picked us up seemed to be nice guy! It would’ve been nice if they cared more for your luggage and didn’t pile it on top of others and damage it! I didn’t get his name but when he picked up others they said the same guy before who’s name is Jose refused to pick them up as well and his bus was completely empty they said! From first call to hotel asking about shuttle to when we got to the hotel took 2 hrs!!! I am kinda glad we didn’t get the first driver as he pulls a small trailer and I bet luggage really gets damaged in there falling and flopping around! Very frustrating! When checking in they made excuses she did apologize and when we came back to get dinner we said we r not blaming you but this is not ok and you need to know so u can report it as well! The girl was very apologetic and said she would report him! Check in was easy fast! Room was ok but the use so much scented cleaner I had a major headache and felt ill so if your sensitive to chemicals and scent i would not stay here! I wish I had seen this in reviews cause I would have picked a different hotel! Please stop using chemical scented over perfumed cleaning products Hilton!! Also windows do not open ugh! I cracked the ac/air and kept bathroom fan running constantly! I would never stay here again due to the shuttle service and the strong scented rooms! If the hotel changed shuttle service drivers got drivers who pick up don’t stack luggage picked up with in the 30min they say and stopped using perfume cleaners I would prob recommend the hotel! The restaurant is cute and lobby is clean! We did to go order which was very fast the waiter was nice and the open area u can see in kitchen looked very very clean!! The chef you can see making the food looked very clean and cared about his kitchen and food making! Also we opted to uber for inconvenience and wait and hotel and Jose said the will not reimburse you for it even though it’s there mess up of no pick up! I would suggest getting a uber if you do stay here and if use shuttle leave complaint if you experience bad service so Hilton can fix these issues! Desk told us the drivers are third party drivers well Hilton you need to find new buses drivers and car about your customers and their luggage!
