Great location & friendly crew make ure stay comfy,
Pros:

Staff were friendly & helpful - check in & out was efficient, despite the busy period (food & wine festival). Great location, easy access to the beach.
Even though the rooms were a little small, overall still comfy & the friendly crew made the overall stay pleasant.

Nos mintieron con la limpieza de la habitación, la cual no ocurrió en las 3 noches que me alojé

Habitación grande y espaciosa

Cons:

Que en recepción nos mintieron ya que nos dijeron que las piezas las hacían día por medio, lo no ocurrió en las 3 noches que me alojé y tuve que pedir en recepción que por lo menos hicieran cambio de toalla... nadie nos explicó el porqué ni nos entregó una compensación ni tampoco me escribieron para saber si esto se había solucionado. Lamentablemente no puedo recomendar la estancia.

Convenient stop prior to a cruise
Pros:

Property was good.
Breakfast at the hotel lobby was not included in our reservation and so was expensive - but it was convenient

Cons:

As often happens with Booking .com or gets assigned a less that ideal room - in this case a wheelchair accessible room - which is great if you’re in a wheelchair but if you’re not it’s just ok- the bathroom is large and sterile and of course not bathtub.

The beds was comfortable

Cons:

The hotel changed my reservation to one of their cheaper sister hotels across the parking lot and told me there was a problem with the room. The problem was there was a 5k going on that weekend and they gor more foe my room that I had booked long in advance and put me in something that wasn't worth the price we paid. They tried to make it better by comping us breakfast in the morning. That was just okay.

Do not recommend it.
Pros:

Location, restaurant was good. Value not so much

Cons:

Only one elevator running, only 3 towels for four people. Only 3 pillows each queen. Told before we stayed we would have not issues reserving the shuttle but in fact it was full. Waited over and hour for shuttje from airport and finally took lift.

Bed for the night .
Pros:

A place to sleep for the night , Barman was friendly and attentive .

Cons:

Not as close to the airport as you think due to the road layout resulting in a 40 dollar plus taxi fair and with the expectation to tip on top of that , bar area and restaurant was lacking any personality just clinical and formal , hard to relax .

Bene la struttura, se invece dovete spostarvi chiamate personalmente Uber
Pros:

Per la colazione mi sono adattato perchè la mia colazione è quella mediterranea con caffè ristretto o macchiato stile italiano, comunque c'era un po' di tutto quindi mi sento di dare una buona valutazione. Anche il personale era disponibile, sempre presente e molto gentile.
Il letto enorme e molto comodo. Avrei solo messo dei cuscini un po' più duri, solidi, ma quello penso sia un aspetto soggettivo della comodità.
In generale camera e bagno li ho trovati sempre estremamente puliti, quindi a livello di pulizia massimo punteggio tutto meritato!
Ottima e utilissima la navetta HOTEL-Aeroporto inclusa nel prezzo.
Il ristorante interno ha piatti in generale buoni, perchè anche qui sono abituato alla cucina mediterranea e mi sono dovuto adattare. Rapporto qualità/prezzo in relazione al tipo di Hotel direi adeguato.

Cons:

rilevante: la prima mattina ho chiesto alla reception di chiami un TAXI , specificando che Uber non andava bene perchè per i rimborsi mi serviva esclusivamente il TAXI. Si è presentato un personaggio che mi ha trasportato per quattro giorni ed alla fine non era TAXI ma un privato con licenza, nonostante ciò ha continuato a ritenersi un TAXI. Inoltre mi ha chiesto 140 dollari per il tragitto Hotel-Miami Beach (quando Uber se ne prende al massimo 30!!).
poco rilevante: il segnale TV non era molto buono;
infine c'era uno spiffero sotto la porta della camera che ho coperto con un sciugamano in quanto entrava aria molto fredda dal corridoio.
