The deposit of 3075 CNY was unexpected as it was not mentioned on booking.com website. It was sent back one day after I left but got to my account only 3 days later. The additional cost related to this amount was 6% Alipay tax (3% when I payed and 3% when I got the money back), 2% the commission related to the exchange (1% each way) and 2.2% the difference between the exchange rates when buying CNY and selling CNY when I got the money back), so an additional 10.2% x 3075 = 313.65CNY, so about 45$ just because your system is not to block the amount on my card, but to get the payment in full and send it back after leaving the hotel. This is a hidden cost and the main reason I’m going to avoid any Hilton hotel in the future.

The location was amazing! Beside shopping malls and the Wangfujing walking street with lits of shops and restaurants. The room was a very big and spacious. Lovely bathroom and amenties! The breakfast had lots of varieties; maybe needed just some more international options. But everything was good

We stayed at Hilton Wangfujing Beijing from 19 to 26 November 2025. Before the trip we had read online reviews on the inability to control heater/aircon temperature in Beijing hotel rooms resulting in uncomfortably hot conditions. Hilton was the only hotel (we reached out a few) to appreciate our concern and unhesitatingly promised us a north facing room and a fan and advised on how to keep the room cool. That was why we decided to stay at Hilton and so glad we made that choice!

We had an excellent experience - from the thoughtful and immaculate service of concierge Elvis, the detailed attention of concierge Tony to the warm and responsive care of housekeeping and reception.

We are particularly impressed with Elvis' assistance in locating the shop to buy a phone we wanted and especially on how he anticipated and secured all the information needed from the store without prompting. His deportment is always professional and gentlemanly, and his exemplary top-notch service was replicated in every encounter.

Tony also impressed with patient and detailed service. Among many other things, he patiently helped buy tickets to places of interests and recommended Peking duck restaurants, delicately nudging us towards the best.

We also really appreciate the special decorations and cake in our room to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

Well done, Hilton! We will definitely stay at Hilton Wangfujing on our next visit to Beijing and will certainly recommend you to friends!

The location is so strategic. Literally surrounded by mall, restaurants, convenience stores. Walking distance to most sightseeing places.

The location was great for us given our business constraints; the breakfast was nice and met my related needs.

Breakfast is excellent! The staff is caring and quick to respond. The entire Concierge desk team is fantastic - Alan Gao and Elvis - and Elton Wang at the front desk is professional and was able to handle all our requirements. Check in can be stressful but at the Hilton everything was handled like you felt they were concerned about your stay. It was really refreshing. The two in house restaurants are really good - the Duck is fabulous! We had a really good stay.
