Highly recommend
Pros:

Service was impeccable, even as an English speaker. From front counter with Ivanka when checking in, to the staff pressing the lift for you, checking if you forgot something in the room when checking out (we literally left the room 5 mins prior!) and the friendliest staff at breakfast, we loved our stay and would stay again if we were in the area. Speaking of area, there is shopping, good & drinks galore within walking distance.

This truly is a warm and welcoming hotel. Every staff member strives to offer the best greetings and care to guests.
Pros:

This was an absolutely unforgettable trip to Beijing. The hotel is centrally located, making shopping and getting around very convenient. The breakfast and lounge club offer a wide variety of delicious food with plenty of choices. The room was spacious, but it was overly dry. Aimee li was extremely responsive and efficient，she quickly resolved the issue for us.

This truly is a warm and welcoming hotel. Every staff member strives to offer the best greetings and care to guests.

Awesome experience!!
Pros:

Everything was great about the Hilton in Beijing. The room was very big with a closet and a city view. Staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. The extra services we got were perfect (spa body and feet massage, room service, clothes cleaning service). Even when the temperature of the room was too high and they couldn't change it, they put a portable air conditioning in our room. I would come back again and recommend!!

Stay at Hilton Beijing
Pros:

Excellent. Great food, great service can’t fault any of it. Our suite was well appointed, clean and big. The executive lounge was just excellent for service, food and comfort - great environment. Zachary’s new cocktail that we got to sample and rate was a good work in progress.
Very very happy would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and executive lounge.

Pros:

We booked a room with lounge access and what a fantastic decision. Check in and rooms the quality you would hope from Hilton. Enter the lounge and immediately we were taken in with the relaxed atmosphere and panoramic views reminding us where we were in terms of location and hotel signature standards. Add to this a fantastic welcome from Megan and a young man called Zachary Wang who took the time to engage and enhance our experience, in a bustling city with a lot of choice , I’m glad we chose this one.

Pros:

The location is great, Wagnfujing is just outside the door and the Forbidden City is close by. The breakfast is very good. Staff is super nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and well sized. Pool is nice.
