시내 중심가라서 위치가 매우 좋음

Temperature in the room, AC cannot be adjusted, engineer cannot fix it and cannot communicate in English
Location was excellent, 10-15 minutes walking to the forbidden city and the old part of the city center. It is also right next to Wangfujing pedestrian street and several malls, which makes it ideal for a little night stroll and dinner.
The personnel were really nice and everyone spoke, at least, a bit of English.
Since I was arriving late at night I contacted them and they provided an arranged transfer service from the airport to the hotel. Obviously for an extra fee but it was great to not have to manage to find a didi that late after so many hours of flying, as public transport generally doesn’t operate after 11pm.
Not something negative per se but there is a deposit of 3000 RMB (CNY) upon arrival that takes a few days to be deposited back to the client’s account. Therefore, if you’re travelling somewhere else after Beijing it’s good to keep that in mind when planning the financials of it.

Very good convenient location. Close to everything.
Nice large rooms.100 meters from shopping center and there are many restaurants in this center and 1 minute walk to Wangfuing Shopping Street.
Loved the Peking Duck dinner special. Room was spacious and comfortable. The walk from hotel to the entrance of the Forbidden City was longer than expected.
No self laundry facility. Breakfast was too expensive.

The location of Wangfujing is exceptional, it's one of the most famous commercial street in China, with many cultural heritages and shopping places. The room is clean and quiet. The people in Hilton are warm and eager to help, e.g. Novah from the beginning wrote down many places and times at the hotel, made me become familiar with the hotel, and reserved many important places for me to visit; Tony, besides reserving, also helped me to let post office to send a heavy book back to US; Nicole's breakfast team's rich and delicious breakfast allowed me to eat a lot to support the entire day's activity; Tien Feng helped me to go through the confusing process when taking China 's spectacular high-speed train for the first time; Carl always stood there ready to help guests and I did get his important helps several times. All in all it's a very amazing and moving experience.
