Buena atención del personal. En la habitación no habían colocado agua para consumo y cuando lo solicitamos no tenían disponible, al final lo resolvieron dando agua gasificada

Habitación limpia, pero le falta de mantenimiento a las habitaciones, la alfombra se ve vieja y descuidada al igual que los sillones.
Si te toca evento en el hotel es horrible porque se escucha toda la fiesta toda la noche. Fuera de eso, el hotel está bien ubicado, tiene una buena vista, buena atención, y está limpio.

Habitaciones espaciosas, camas cómodas, pero instalaciones ya viejas y ventanas con mucha filtración de luz.

La recepción muy mal atendida, poca amabilidad de Fabiola y sin actitud de servicio, ni disposición para ayudar.

Pros:

El hotel tiene solo 6 habitaciones muy lindas. La vista es increíble. La comida es buena… pero…
Le falta mantenimiento. Si hay gente hablando (nos tocaron gritos y fiesta) parece que estuvieran adentro de tu cuarto. Las almohadas muy incomodas. Solo lo recomiendo si vas a un evento que se realice ahí.

Terrible paid 3 rooms for one night and none of the rooms had working AC room was 92 degrees inside had to leave to another hotel 30 min away and hotel management refused to refund my money
