Отличная гостиница со всеми необходимыми сервисами. Хорошая сауна и вкусный, хотя и совсем недешевый, ресторан.
Персонал очень внимательный и всегда поможет.
The hotel is quite old and so is everything inside. There are old and dirty carpets also in the rooms itself. But mostly I was angry because of the gym. I even made some pics. It's far away from what normally is called a gym. Everything g is somehow damaged and looks in a way you even dont want to touch it. As well I was forced to pay e 2nd breakfast no matter that I had a booking for 2 adults. My questions why were answer with that they got from the app hotel.com 3220 rubles and this is just for one person and if you have a problem it is yours. I was ask if they can confirm me in written that they got a booking only for on person but this they denied. All together I will book a other hotel next time I come to Kursk this is for sure

I have stayed at this hotel on a few occasions and it's always lived up to its reputation the rooms are clean and well maintained the staff are very good and helpful but the area around the hotel can be a bit rough
Один из лучших отелей в Курске, но это не мешает ему не дотягивать до уровня качественных сетевых отелей.
На ресепшене была очередь. В номере чисто и уютно.
В минибаре ценник конский даже по московским меркам.
завтраки прекрасны.
на территории есть охраняемая парковка по 150р/сутки
beaucoup de bonne chose, un accueil bienveillant . un hôtel serviable ,une table raffinée ,une Femme CHEF à féliciter par la qualité de sa cuisine digne d `un bon restaurant
Этот отель является лучшим в Курске, но при этом не дотягивает все-таки до заявленных 4-х звезд. Номера небольшие по площади, и на мой взгляд требуется освежить сантехнику и кафель в ванной комнате, т.к видно, что ремонтировалось достаточно давно. Плюс к этому, я бы обратил внимание на качество матрасов на кроватях в номерах, хотелось бы что-нибудь более комфортное. По моему мнению отель пока соответствует только 3-м звездам. Хочу отметить хорошее качество кухни и обслуживания в ресторане с живой музыкой.
Всё очень понравилось а именно: месторасположение, сервис, номер, цена, приветливый персонал

Es gibt nicht wirklich viele Hotels in Kursk daher haben wir dieses gewaehlt. Generell muss man sagen das es ein sehr ordentliches Hotel ist, auch wenn es gerade teilweise renoviert wird. An der Rezeption konnte man sich auf Englisch und sogar ein bisschen auf Deutsch verstaendigen. Generell ist das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber sauber. Alle Infoblaetter sind zumindest auch in Englisch vorhanden, teilweise auch auf Deutsch. Lustig sind die Tuerschilder, mal was anderes als das was man sonst so hat. Fruehstueck ist OK, aber laengst nicht mit dem Standard eines 4 Sterne Hotels in Deutschland zu vergleichen. Das Spa soll sehr gut sein, leider hatten wir keine Zeit es auszuprobieren.
