Pros:

Location near metro line

Cons:

Taxi not allow to go to main entrance due to overparking in front of hotel. Have to carry heavy luggage ourselves as hotel don't have bellboy service.
The safety box is located too low on the floor. Very hard to see the number to set it and need to bend low to set password no
Lift can only take 4 to 5 persons only ,always overload warning comes. So have to wait 2 to 3 rounds to get into lift.
No mini fridge.
Room wall paper is tearing out.

Pros:

Near metro station, clean,big room, good lighting, keeping room very helpful

Cons:

Staff no speak English only use translation application, from my room I can listen to all discussions in the other room
