This hotel does not meet the standards of a 4-star property.
The furniture was old and worn, and the floors had outdated tiles with visible cement and paint stains giving the entire room a neglected and poorly maintained appearance. There were no power outlets near the bed or in the bathroom, no vanity kit and no fridge. The plastic curtains looked cheap and inappropriate for this category. The heating was set very low, making the room uncomfortable.
During the day there was constant noise from renovation works, and workers were moving through the corridors and using the same lifts as guests. The corridor carpets were sandy and dirty.
The gym was closed, and no personnel were present, despite what was reported at reception.
Still water was left in open jugs on the tables before arrival, which did not feel hygienic or appropriate.
Overall, the experience was far below what one would reasonably expect from a 4-star hotel. I would not recommend staying here.
Place clean everyone welcoming
No plugs besides the bed for charging phones i was very irritsted
This wasn’t the hotel I chose for a celebration for my mum and her friend who are just over 80. However the travel company couldnt get us in at the hotel I originally booked.
On arrival just after midnight we entered an underwhelming reception and with everything closed I was feeling flat. There were six of us in total and I felt the burden of having got us in at a hotel that wouldn’t be great.
I didn’t need to worry. All three rooms were clean, spacious and the beds comfy. The following morning the breakfast was plentiful and such good quality. The restaurant was clean and the staff really pleasant. The cafe/bar was a nice place to sit and relax. The pools were nice, just a shame the rooftop one wasn’t accessible out of season as for us it was still warm.
The area around the hotel looks a little run down and one of our rooms had a balcony looking at another building - so I’d say request a room facing the sea (which you can just about see but it gets the morning sun and at least they get a view). It’s easy to enough to walk to the main sea front area and lots to do around the area.
Overall, super for the price we paid which is why it’s worth a five star review. It’s not a five star hotel, but it’s not five star price either.
The staff was wonderful, especially in the restaurant. A special thank you to Martin from the bar – friendly, professional and very attentive. Service was definitely a highlight of our stay at Soreda.
Rooms are spacious and clean, but they do not meet a true 4-star standard. Food is varied, with a better selection on weekends.
The location is unfortunately disappointing. The area feels like a construction zone, with heavy traffic and little atmosphere.
The hotel can be very noisy due to frequent events and parties. The balcony layout also offers limited privacy, with very low dividers between rooms.
The bathroom lacks basic storage space. The towel policy is also frustrating – used towels are taken in the morning and clean ones are only delivered late afternoon. The indoor pool is small and not warm enough for this season.
There is a garage, but it is very tight and has limited space for larger vehicles.
Overall, the value for money is acceptable, but the hotel does not fully meet 4-star expectations.
Excellent Friendly Hotel..with really Professional staff..Food Fantastic..with loads of Choice..Receptionist Staff make you feel at home...They put me at Ease as soon as I checked in...I'm a disabled Solo Traveller....Hotel is Disabled Friendly..Rooms cleaned Every Day..Tea and Coffee available in your room along with a Fridge and Safe if needed....I spent one Week there B & B but there is an Excellent English Bar Next Door...which is Great Value for money as good as any Wetherspoons..also do Excellent food with gut busting all day English Breakfast for a measles 7 odd Euros
Literally a home from home, I felt Anyway

Quase tudo.
Stayed for 4 nights in the run up to Christmas. It was a lovely hotel in easy walking distance to the local town and the coast. The food was good for all three meals with plenty of choice. The indoor pool and jacuzzi was lovely. The staff were all wonderful and in particular Maria in the bar on our first night couldn’t do enough for us.
