Breakfast and play area are good however not the rest!
Pros:

Breakfast was really good and tasty

Cons:

indoor pool is unsupervised, teens making backflip jumps and splashing water in people's face and hair including young children. In addition, the temperature of the indoor pool is not 30 but around 22, when told management, was useless and the temperature stood as it was and no one comes and check it. Also they gave us a double room instead of the triple room, and upon checking I told reception but kept insisting that I had double room. I managed to trace the booking and went to reception. reception was not helpful, in essence i was fully refunded by booking.com and then offered me a triple room with a free dinner for me and my family; however, this caused a huge discomfort and ruined our rest at night because we had spent a night in a double room when we were 2 adults and a 5year old child. Anyways, i had high expectations about this hotel but sadly it was very delusional!

Evening Staff so rude especially the Nepalese young woman and the Maltis women who who work there in the evening
Pros:

The hotel was very nice but I did not like the reception, every time when the indian were there they were very friendly but when the evening reception was there they were just ignorance receptionist rude and won't even speak to you and I found that Nepalese lady receptionist should not even be there with her so 'I'm something' shouldn't be there I don't even know how some company could even employ her with her so rude manners don't even know how to greet customers so rude. I won't be going there with the staff like that and I won't be recommending anyone else from London.

Too many groups!
Pros:

The hotel was fine considering how reasonably priced it was. Our room was large, roomy and clean. The food was good and the staff were fantastic and so friendly. The only drawback was the amount of children’s parties that they held. It seemed to be the “in” place for locals to have their parties. Also, they hosted large groups of school children that were allowed to use the restaurant, which made it a bit noisy and hectic. It would have helped if they had been more supervised by their teachers! We don’t hate children but we would have chosen another hotel if we had been aware of how many school groups they catered for.

definitely not a 4 star hotel. More like 2 star.
Pros:

Food was good
Massage was good, massage therapist was very experienced and knew her job well. She does an amazing job.
Almost all staff were nice.
They do cocktail hours.

Cons:

You pay for 4 star hotel which is definitely not 4 star level except for the restaurant.
The spa pool, they let kids swim, jump and make noises while there is nobody around to see that kids are not making noises. This is a spa pool, where one is meant to relax.
The massage room is exactly next to spa pool, where you can hear kids screaming and babies crying while doing massage. I'm sorry but small kids should not be allowed there. A spa is meant for relaxation. Massage room needs a refurbishment big time.
Rooms are from the 1970's, literally everything in the room is old, furniture all scratched, old bathroom, the mattress is so worn out, so uncomfortable could barely sleep on it. No sockets near the bed. Only sockets are of the kettle and lampshade near the dressing table. Yes kettle was on the dressing table.
The light in the room was horrible if you want to apply makeup.
The safe, which can be locked with a key (not code) imagine how old, besides not liking the idea there's a huge chance someone has access to its spare key, you need to pay to use the safe! You also need to pay if you want a bathrobe, also need to pay if you need slippers. These things are basics in 4 star hotels.
Old empty fridge, no minibar however there's a vending machine outside the lift.
The curtains do not have a sheer, so basically you can't see daylight as if you open the curtains the people who live opposite the hotel are seeing you.
Soap is of cheap quality, no body lotion. It's a good thing we carried our soap and lotions.
The balcony doors are not double glazed, you can hear all noises from outside.
Kids parties going on in the hotel all the time.
Forget about quiet time.
Oh and one morning they decide to host a political event in the breakfast restaurant. So guess what on that day breakfast is served till 9am not 10am as usual, and also guess what, NO ONE ADVISES YOU!!! They just put a notice in the elevator!

Excellent value for money
Pros:

We returned once again to this family run hotel having been there in November. Our holiday company had previously advised us that we would not be dropped off at the hotel , but about 400 metres away so we organised our own transfer. We are both in our 70's and did not want to be pulling luggage that distance. On arrival we were warmly welcomed and our room we requested was ready for us. The restaurant and choice of food is excellent, the Maitre d' in charge were extremely efficient, especially when handling a large group of youths, the rooms were spotless and the staff were extremely helpful if anything was needed. the weather was excellent and we were able to sit out on the rooftop by the pool. The two bars had a good choice of wines and spirits , tea and coffee, all at good value for money.
We were made to feel very welcome and will certainly return again.

Very nice and enjoyable
Pros:

Just back from a nice week in the Soreda Hotel.
Unfortunately the weather was not as we expected but the hospitality was excellent.
The staff certainly makes this place an enjoyable place to say.
All staff were so nice and helpful and even got to know us which is a valuable quality about a property.
The place was spotless and the food was very good a lot of variety.
A special shout out for the accomadation team our rooms serviced everyday.
The only thing which could be looked at is the early check out especially if you have late flight.
Well done to all we would return
