They food was amazing, such good quality
& a great variety. My two son’s & myself looked forward to every meal. The pool was keep clean & lots of. Loungers.
The room was very basic but had everything we needed.
Czystość, bardzo mily i sympatyczny personel. Bardzo dobre jedzenie w restauracji. Polecam dla osób na diecie bezglutenowej
Hotel wymaga odświeżenia. Jest położony na uboczu. Trzeba przejść spory kawałek do plaż

Hotel ogólnie bardzo mi się podobał miła obsługa, dobre śniadania , przyjemny basen
Byliśmy zameldowani w chyba jakiejś startej części hotelu wiec pokoje wymagają remontu , nie do końca oddawały to co na zdjęciach.

Aria condizionata non funzionante , una sola presa per caricare il cellulare e non vicino ai letti , la cassaforte mi hanno detto che dovevo pagare per utilizzarla €7 più 20€ di cauzione (cosa mai sentita in altri hotel) , problemi con asciugamani spesso non pervenuti
We enjoyed the pools, majority of the staff were friendly. The breakfast was okay and we were happy with facilities like massages, gym, pools etc.
Some staff were somewhat rude, one cleaner peed in our bathroom during our stay, we waited all day for clean towels, we were given incorrect information about the opening times for the bar, we were not informed that there was an option to swim in the pool at night which would've made our stay so much better. We understand water pressure is also a problem in Malta, but the water pressure in the shower was very weak.

I enjoyed the food, the food and the decor were pretty nice
My room looked like it came out of my grandmother's house...the sheets were tacky, old..stained and ripped. My partner didn't even fit on the bed. I asked to get a room change and the receptionist said she couldn't do anything about it. Then I looked around and saw rooms with crisp white sheets and nice bedding. When they tell me there will be a flat screen TV in my room, I expect something big. I then stepped into the room and saw what looked like an old tablet stuck to the wall, it was so small it was laughable.

Las habitaciones muy antiguas, la salida muy temprano 10:30, la nevera es necesario cambiarla estaba oxidada.

Frutta e dessert. Dalla camera (molto bella) una finestra affacciava sulle tubature … no 4 stelle

We have just got back from a 10 day stay at the Soreda Hotel , it is in a great location close to everyrhing you need with great transport links , A lovely relaxed atmosphere and good value for money , the rooms are cleaned everyday and all the staff there are extremely friendly , and helpful .The 1st night we had a slight problem with our aircon it was sorted straight away .we went half board and the meals had a good variety of foods,.the only thing that would make it better maybe is some better entertainment in the evenings with some variety the staff there all work hard , ignore the negative reviews !!
