Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato al Soreda hotel per sette giorni.
Oltre le nostre aspettative, è stata la qualità del cibo buffet sempre ricchi e vari per tutta la settimana
Lo staff sempre ben accogliente
Ci ha dato la possibilità di tenere le valigie custodite
Avevamo avuto un piccolo problema con l’aria condizionata dopo aver effettuato la chiamata in reception e il tecnico è giunto da noi in camera e ha sistemato il tutto nel giro di cinque minuti

Cons:

La posizione non è delle migliori ma ha delle fermate del bus a poca distanza
Le luci della camera sono molto basse vanno sicuramente sostituite
la pressione dell’acqua del bagno è decisamente debole e non permette un completo relax
Il frigo va sostituito .. perde acqua

Baseny okej są 3, na dachu, na poziomie -2 i na parterze ale do korzystania są 2 bo w większości czasu basen na parterze jest zajęty, obok jest sala bankietowa, często wyprawiane różane przyjęcia i mają ten basen na wyłączność.
Bar na parterze zdecydowanie lepszy niż na dachu.
Ogolnie wszędzie blisko to na plus

Cons:

Sniadania codziennie to samo, niby w miarę dobre, tylko jak ktoś wpada na 3 dni to ok, ale jak dłuższy pobyt to nie chce juz sie patrzeć na to samo przez 2 tygodnie, także śniadania lipa straszna

All in all it was fine. It’s up quite a large hill from the bus stop so if you have have mobility problem might be worth
Pros:

I went to use the pool as it wasn’t quite warm enough to use my own outdoor one. The pool was a nice size. There were young children having lessons when I went but it didn’t worry me as they were well behaved.

Cons:

The lady at reception didn’t acknowledge me when me and my nephew entered. A small thing but a smile and a won’t keep you long would have been nice. Receptionist was efficient but not overly friendly. I think being friendly towards single travellers is important as it’s already hire hard going places by oneself

Very happy and satisfied.
Pros:

Receptionists are all wonderful even cafeteria staff

Cons:

The lift is not good
They made me fill in details of guest with me when this was not mentioned beforehand
The ac in the room is not strong

Great stay for just a night
Pros:

I mainly booked with Soreda hotel for my 40th birthday party. My party was exceptional. Waiters did all their best. I loved the pool area. But it should be a bit bigger.

Cons:

No balcony. Small room but still manageable
