The cleanliness and location
Manager and front desk were not professional

Everything was wonderful the clean room ,location was perfect customer service was great also I didn't get the breakfast but I'll definitely be returning ☺️
It was nice, clean and comfortable
The person at the desk, when I called to verify pet fee, gave me the wrong information. He said it was $100 deposit but I would get it back when I checked out. When I checked in and it was too late to cancel booking.com reservation, the attendant said no, he was incorrect and it was $100, for 1 night, and I would not get it back. We are Marriott members and we're very disappointed in this. We emailed manager who was on vacation, and explained what happened and wanted a call or email back. Ultimately wanting a refund. Never heard back!!
The dish washer kept going and going. I'm glad we didn't leave the room to come back to it flooding the room or burning up. Also, the stove fan and light didn't work. One of the bedside lamps didn't work. I know it's little things but, I would think they have a maintenance employee on the premises just for the little things.
Staff were very nice.
Starting to show its age. Pool needed to be cleaned. Hole ripped in curtain in room.
I enjoyed the whole stay until I get up yesterday and there's 2 extra 300 $ charges. Put my account in negative, I have no clue how I'm going to take care of my mom and survive all month.
My card was charged for a extra 600!
The water for taking a bath or even a shower didn't get hot, it stayed cool. Bummer! 😒

The pet fee is ridiculous and very misleading on the website it says pets welcome I didn't see a fee.. it should be refunded if the room was not messed up from the pet..
I would like to say that there was a young man by the name of Justin that was employed there was very helpful to me and my husband. We both are disable and what every we need help with he done the most to assist us. Also Ms. Hattie the lady that prepare the daily breakfast was very outstanding with the customer's that stay in Towne Place Suite here in Columbus, GA.
Katina, was so caring and loving employee toward me and my husband. On my first day coming to the hotel I had and anxiety attack and she assist me. I would like to say that the mgr. Jennifer was great to help us, but there was were some communication issues going with her and the employers. Heather was another employee that was very helpful to the Stewart family. House keeping was great. Let's me not forget the General Manager Melissa that was helpful and great to me and my husband and I. To be honest I can go on and on but I will not. I must say this the reason we end up staying at Towne Place Suite by Marriot is because our home is getting renovate, by the city of Columbus. The Enrichment Service got us to this hotel. We had to change room serve time because we need handicap accessible. We may
not have another room to stay in. I have stress that we may have to live in our car. Also Jennifer, have tried moving us to Fairfield that nest to Towne Place, I would need a place to be able to cook my husband meal. Please get back with me owner's of the beautiful hotel.
