Great staff and quiet hotel.
This property has everything you could possibly need and is conveniently seconds from the Sunday night market. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. You won’t regret staying here and your stay goes towards charity. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Outstanding staff and service
good location ! property is just ok nothing really nice but not bad its clean shower warm water only lasted 5 minutes at a time had to rush shower and still couldn’t finish before water got cold Should not happen for the price tag told front desk and the response I got was that they would let management know. didnt sound surprised at all which led me to believe they already knew
The staff were welcoming and friendly. They seemed very happy to take great care of us. The water pressure and heat were irregular. The air conditioning was adequate but under powered so it ran all night.
This is a phenomenal hotel in the heart of the old city in Chiang Mai. You are walking distance of everything! The rooms were very comfortable. Great breakfast. Awesome facilities with pool and gym. And the staff was phenomenal! Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chiang Mai!

Great location in Chiang Mai, within walking distance to the temples & a number of great bars & restaurants. The night market is also within walking distance. We had a pool access room which was great. The reason for 4 stars is the air conditioning in the room was exceptionally loud (so much so we couldn’t sleep with it on) & we found the bed / pillows were not as comfy as previous places we have stayed. I would recommend for the location & facilities & I would stay again.
Excellent service throughout the stay. The rooms are a good size, if just starting to prove a little dated. The ease of access into the town was brilliant. Overall, a very good hotel.
Love this hotel, the staff was great super friendly and location was great as well.
Clean, well kept. Pool was not available..being repaired. No elevator, with room on third floor. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is ok, but small selection.

This was one of our favorite properties we stayed at during our two week trip. Being able to walk right out from the hotel into the Sunday Walking Street was a dream, yet somehow still being protected from the busy sound of the night market. The staff was great, breakfast was tasty, pool was cold and clean, and our room even had a view of some temples. Such an amazing hotel to stay at!
Think there are better options in the area for the price. Not many amenities or places to hang out other than the room. Great location though.
This hotel is a gem! Breakfast was included and it had great options for eggs Benny and other traditional breakfast as part of the included breakfast! The property is quiet and the staff above and beyond with kindness. So impressed with this hotel would highly recommend it to anyone!
