Probably a good value but caters to tours.
Pros:

A good value but not a 4 star hotel. Helpful staff and a fantastic breakfast. No lobby to speak of. Rooms are clean but quite utilitarian. No English tv stations on difficult to use tv.

Розташування. Близько від центру та вокзалів. Чисті номер, білизна, рушники. Вода, кава, чай в номері. Гарний та різноманітний сніданок. Є кімната для багажу.

Cons:

Тверда трійка ⭐️. На 4 зірки не тягне. Ремонт застарілий. Номери маленькі. Косметичних засобів у ванній кімнаті немає. Капці, халати в номерах відсутні.

Good location, next to the centre

Cons:

The room access system did not work. Went back to reception - the guy told me that it was fixed. Went back to the 6th floor. Still could not get into the room. Called the reception. They did open it remotely. But I could not switch the light on. Requested the room change. The guy agreed and offered supposingly better room. I was rushing, so just left my luggage there. Returned quite late and then realised, that the room has not been cleaned, bed linen not changed, rubbish in the basket. I was too tired to complain again. I can understand that accidents happen, but the number of those in this hotel was staggering.
