Guests arriving after 18:00 must contact the property to arrange check-in. Beds are made on arrival, bedlinen and towels are changed if needed or every 6 days. Cleaning except for the kitchenette area and the dishes is included every 6 days. Please note that on weekends and bank holidays breakfast is served from 8.30 to 10.30. Please note that the indoor garage has very limited places and cannot be reserved prior to arrival. All children aged 4 to 11 years old can enjoy breakfast at a reduced rate.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Perfect location to get out and about in Perpignan
Pros:

Location brilliant. 25 min bus ride from airport. Isabella on reception so friendly. Nice and clean, rooms clean whenever you want. Small breakfast side room which is free was a great touch

le stationnement au parking est optionnel mais indispensable
le personnel d'accueil est sympathique
l’hébergement est bien placé par rapport au centre ville mais pas près de la sncf

le stationnement au parking est optionnel mais indispensable par contre, le parking a tendance à être squatté et on emprunte les escaliers qui sont couverts d'urine (attention à vos bagages à roulettes). La chambre dispose d'une literie de mauvaise qualité (lattes de sommier insuffisantes et matelas de mauvaise qualité) bouilloire remplie de tartre et une odeur de retour d'égout dans tout l'appart-city

Centrally located perfect flat
Pros:

Perfect property in the center of Perpignan. Clean and comfortable. My flat was on the 10th floor having the amazing view of the whole city. Highly recommend.

Perpignan vale la pena!
Pros:

El estudio era bastante grande y luminoso. La cocina pequeña pero para desayunar y una cena ligera ideal. Tostador no hubo pero hice mi pan en la sartén.
La ubicación ideal. A 5 minutos del centro histórico, 20 minutos de la estación de tren. Hay bares y restaurantes a 2 minutos pero no se escuchan desde el alojamiento.

Mini séjour pour découvrir la ville de Perpignan et retrouver une amie qui habitait juste à côté.
Pros:

L'hôtel est situé à proximité immédiate du centre ville. La chambre est spacieuse et pratique.

Cons:

L'eau froide qui sortait des différents robinets d'une couleur jaune le dernier matin, ce n'était pas très rassurant !
