Reception Hours : Monday to Friday : 8:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00 Saturday, Sunday and French Bank Holidays: 8:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00. Guests arriving after 18:00 must contact the property to arrange check-in. Beds are made on arrival, bedlinen and towels are changed if needed or every 6 days. Cleaning except for the kitchenette area and the dishes is included every 6 days. Please note that on weekends and bank holidays breakfast is served from 8.30 to 10.30. Please note that the indoor garage has very limited places and cannot be reserved prior to arrival. All children aged 4 to 11 years old can enjoy breakfast at a reduced rate.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

A once in a lifetime nightmare that will NOT be repeated.

It was quiet so we slept well once we had calmed down.

Cons:

We were not told that the reception would be closed and the keys hidden away before our arrival. The address given was NOT where the hotel was and the entrance door is completely hidden from view. The recorded message for reception said open until 11.00pm. The email sent ten minutes before it closed at 7.00pm was sent to my e.mail address. Okay if I was sitting in my office in the UK. Useless when I am driving in the car on the final leg of a 550 mile trek through France! We arrived just after 10.00pm, (only with the aid of a helpful local resident,) to eventually find the place locked up and deserted. Only the timely arrival of an elderly german lady staying in the building saved the day!!!
