Dirty and uninviting.
Pros:

Breakfast went well. Young man that took over service at dinner.

Cons:

The hot tubs where extremly dirty and the whole area was smeeling of alcohol. The staff showed no intrest in serving us when we arrived or when we where having dinner even thou we spent 40þ on meal and drinks. Came one employe at the end that saved the evening.

Perfekte Lage und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt und das Personal sehr freundlich.
Die beiden 3-Bett-Zimner hatten eine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank und Herdplatten.
Da unser Rückflug sehr zeitig war haben wir ein kleines Frühstück zum mitnehmen bekommen.

Great hotel
Pros:

Great place to stay. The rooms are spacious—almost like a small apartment—and come with a balcony. The location is excellent, very close to everything downtown. There’s a parking lot just a 5-minute walk away (paid, but reasonably priced). The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The only downside was the very soft mattresses—they were a bit too soft for my back. Also, some housekeeping supplies were stored right next to the room doors, which could be a bit noisy in the morning when cleaning started. But these are really just minor issues.

Great location
Pros:

Centrally located at the heart of the city, the hotel provides the gateway for those who wish to explore the most happening area in Reykjavik. The rooms are quite comfortable and clean although I wish the lights can be a bit brighter as it gets pretty dark especially when the curtain has been drawn down. Breakfast is basic but does the job well to kick start the day.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

I cant recommend this hotel enough. Central location, friendly staff and international breakfast.
We were so lucky to have a studio hotel absolutely gorgeous and made our holiday. Absolutely spotless, huge room, jacuzzi bath, separate shower and TV area. I'd definitely stay again and ask for toom 214 👍🇮🇸😁

Pros:

Stayed for a week in the superior studio which was great, it had tea and coffee facilities, microwave,2 hobs so it was great to cook some meals
Room very quiet in separate building from hotel on street
