Pros:

It's in the middle of Reykjavik, which is really great. The room is huge and clean. It had a kitchen und also a couch.

Cons:

The bathroom was not great. The toilet paper holder was broken und the toilet paper fell to the floor constantly. The shower is tiny. It just like they put a lot of work into the room and forgot to fix the bath 🙈

A great place to stay
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location for walking around the downtown area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were the comfortable that we have slept in. the breakfast buffet had good selection of tasty food. If (when) we come back to Reykjavik we would/will stay at this hotel!

The safe deposit box and TV could be more up to date. Quite a compact room. Mattress wasn’t comfortable The breakfast could offer some hot eggs,omelette etc

Pros:

Great location, lovely room and friendly staff. We got a surprise upgrade to a big apartment, which was very nice. Breakfast was basic but good quality. Helpful luggage storage!

Cons:

Water smelt weird but this is not anyone's fault. The apartment was clean but a bit dusty. Non even doorways which made it hard to transport heavy suitcases.

Great hotel central to best of what Reykjavik has to offer. Helpful staff, good complimentary breakfast, bar and restaur
Pros:

Stayed before and after Ring Road tour, both in single rooms. First overnight was not so good—cramped room fronted on busy/noisy street and twin bed was in poor condition such that I kept almost rolling out all night. Second two-night stay was great—spacious multi-space room was in quiet back of hotel and queen bed afforded a peaceful sleep.
