Cons:

Atraso grande na recolha do automóvel. Estivemos cerca de 40 minutos a aguardar que viessem recolher o carro, debaixo de um calor exagerado.

Gorgeous hotel in the heart of Trapani
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel, spacious and comfortable apartment and helpful staff. Great location right in the heart of town. Complimentary drink on the roof terrace on arrival was a nice touch. Very reasonable price.

Cons:

Very small complaint, but the shower was strangely small and cramped, considering the size of the apartment!

Pros:

Hotel was close to the beach and also to the port. Breakfast was tasty, room was clean and comunication via WhatsApp made everything easy.
Staff was smiley and ready to help. We would come back for sure. Also bed was really comfortable.
