Le petit déjeuné n’était pas dans l’hôtel comme prévu initialement.ce n’était pas un buffet.
Il y a eu un changement de programme.

Pros:

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist sehr gut. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie reservierte uns am Wochenende einen Platz in einem sehr guten Restaurant. Gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung verfügbar. Da Frühstück müssten wir in einem nahen Café einnehmen, was aber kein Problem war.

Perfect apart hotel in the center of Trapani
Pros:

Hotel is located perfectly, with reception, lobby rest area with coffee. Outside also small rest area on a quiet street. As it’s apart hotel all rooms consist of kitchen with all amenities such big fridge, coffee machine, oven, all cooking appliances, dining area, big bedroom with separate sofa bed which was super comfortable for our son. Perfect king sized bed with nice pillows and mattress. A lot of places for storage, big bathroom. Hotel gives for free water and coffee capsules.

Cons:

Keep in mind that during out of season period they closed roof top bar and don’t serve breakfast in their restaurant, they will give you voucher to Tclub cafe. Other then that everything was perfectly organized

Fantástico aparthotel en pleno centro de Trapani

El personal es magnífico.
La limpieza es magnífica.
El apartamento asignado (501) tambiénmagnífico

Cons:

Entiendo que fuimos en temporada baja pero el desayuno es muy mejorable. Es cutre y quitar valor a la experiencia.
Soy hotelero y sé lo difícil que es equilibrar precios en temporada baja pero los desayunos incluidos se "cobran" con los beneficios de la temporada alta y es un error de gestión que el desayuno no esté alineado con la amabilidad de los empleados, la localización o la limpieza.

La colazione non era inclusa, anche se ero convinto che doveva essere inclusa, perché in qualsiasi struttura sono stato fino adesso è stata sempre inclusa

Il fatto che, ci hanno fatto pagare anche 2 cialde del caffè, perché ne dovevamo consumare solo 2, essendo 2 mattine , ne abbiamo consumate 4 essendo 2 persone, e il fatto che per raggiungere il posto,bisogna camminare a piedi con i bagagli
