My wife and I are on our honeymoon trip this month. We stayed at over 6 different hotels going around different Asian countries/cities. Our experience here at Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel has hands down been the best one so far. Our guest experience expert Pea was absolutely the BEST. He was super personable and very professional. He went above and beyond in getting us set up and making sure all of our needs were met. The room decoration was amazing and he went out of his way to leave us a personally hand written note. Pea is an amazing concierge and we can’t wait to visit Chiang Mai Marriott again. This is such a beautiful hotel.

The Italian cuisine at FAVOLA, a Michelin-recognized restaurant, is simply outstanding. The signature seafood risotto and chicken dish are must-tries, and the prawn tomato pasta is an absolute must-eat — don’t skip it!
Having lived in Thailand for many years, I can confidently say this is the best Italian food I have ever had in the country.
The staff — Khun Pla, Pat, Fah, and LP — were all incredibly attentive and warm. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable. Everything about this experience was beyond satisfying.
Whether or not you’re staying at the Marriott, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit!

I only said I would book a room here below a certain price, and when it went below this, I booked a night here. The bed and pillows may have been the best I've experienced in Thailand, and I've stayed in a lot of hotels. They receive the highest grade I can give a bed and pillows. The staff are gracious, helpful, and friendly. The hotel is elegant and quite beautiful inside. I did not have time to sample the food or even the fitness center, I can only grade the room. The facilities looked excellent everywhere I looked.

I felt truly happy during my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and strived to provide the best hotel service. The hotel's location is excellent, just steps away from all the attractions. I would like to thank all the staff at Club Lounge who made my visit unforgettable.

We recently stayed at Chiang Mai Marriott and had a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcomed and taken care of, which made our trip even more special as we were celebrating our honeymoon.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with great views and all the amenities we needed. Due to the haze season, every room was equipped with an air purifier.

The executive club was also a delight. The staff there, I didn’t catch her name was really attentive too.

One thing we really appreciated was the effort from the team to accommodate our dietary needs. While the kitchen isn’t fully halal-certified, the staff were very transparent and helpful in guiding us through the available options, which we genuinely valued.

The breakfast spread was extensive, with a mix of international and local dishes. A special shoutout to Balloon, our server during breakfast, who made sure everything was perfectly in place. Her attention to detail and care really stood out. We also truly appreciated the omelette station staff, who kindly used new pans for our order to accommodate our dietary preferences. That extra effort meant a lot to us.

Service throughout the hotel from housekeeping to the F&B team was consistently warm and attentive.

The location is also very convenient, making it walkable and easy to get around and explore nearby attractions, markets, and cafes.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai—especially couples looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

I-Tim Benz our waiter gave us the best recommendations and was very polite the whole experience.
They even planned a last minute surprise for my birthday🌟

Great location, right next to the night market. The lobby and restaurants are modern contemporary design. Breakfast was excellent with many choices and the staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Mix, who was always smiling and attentative.
As a Marriott platinum member, I truly appreciated the thoughtful suite upgrade offered by the reception desk (thanks to Tim and recommendations for the cooking class). I also enjoyed the happy hour, with has a variety of hot food and options.

The Chiang Mai Marriott hotel is a beautiful hotel located in central Chiang Mai- literally next door to the Night Bazaar market.
Very convenient location, approximately 15min from the airport.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and the atmosphere is lovely.

The staff are all very positive and friendly. Pitta at the checkin desk assisted us and was kind and warm to welcome us to Chiang Mai.

We visited the spa where Katay, Ging, and Jiab all took great care of us during our treatments. They were very kind and asked us about our stay and what we had planned around Chiang Mai.

Overall the hotel is lovely.

The restaurants and M Club Lounge had vast food offerings.

When in Chiang Mai definitely consider staying here.
