One of the best hotels I have stayed in for business. You get all the positive things you expect from a Marriot and more. There are several restaurants and bars, we tried the Italian where the food was excellent. The golf simulators were great fun! The price was very reasonable and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices were amazing! Highly recommended!

The breakfast is the best

Had a couple's aromatherapy massage with Quan Spa. Katay and Ging were fabulous! They were very professional and thoughtful during the entire 60 minute session. This was our first ever massage and will definitely not be our last. Highly recommend you treat yourself to a massage at Mattiott Chaing Mai.

My wife and I spent a few nights here during our Honeymoon, and had the pleasure of getting 90 minute massages, and a 60 minute facial, from Aor and Yui.

Highly highly relaxing, and highly recommended. 10/10. Can’t wait to come back! All the staff (throughout the hotel) were very polite, welcoming, engaging, and made every moment feel special.

Location was excellent, rooms wonderful and all facilities excellent. Staff are fantastic, always smiling and willing to help to make your stay enjoyable.

Have been attended by a friendly staff, PLA while having breakfast. She’s been patiently recommending hot Thai milk tea and places to go shopping. Her warm and friendly smile made our day in Chiangmai. Thank you PLA for making our day!

I recently stayed at the Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel and it was truly one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve had in Thailand. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional and the staff made me feel welcomed and appreciated every single day.

One person who stood out the most was Pla, one of the servers in the restaurant. She remembered my order every time I came in and always greeted me with such warmth and kindness that it genuinely felt like being at home. Her personality was amazing — friendly, professional, attentive, and always smiling. It’s rare to meet someone who leaves such a lasting impression while traveling, but Pla definitely did.

The entire hotel staff provided outstanding customer service, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the Chiang Mai Marriott to anyone visiting Thailand who wants excellent accommodations combined with truly memorable hospitality.

We had a great stay. Well kept hotel with splendid staff.

We used the M club on 21st floor to start the evening and was worth the extra cost. The team looking after us were most excellent.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The staff at concierge especially Boyce was very nice and helpful. He helped us with all the tours with good people. He guided us in the right way to make sure it was comfortable for us. Please reach out to him incase any help needed for guided tours.

Great value for money good food

I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at the Marriott Chiang Mai for four days, and what truly made each morning special was the outstanding service from Boonloon, Pla, and Brown. Their warm hospitality, genuine kindness, and ever-present smiles created the perfect start to my day.Beyond attentive service, they took the time to chat with me, making the experience feel personal and welcoming. It wasn’t just about great food—it was about the atmosphere they created through their friendliness and care.Thanks to them, breakfast became one of the highlights of my stay. Marriott Chiang Mai is fortunate to have such dedicated staff who embody true Thai hospitality. I look forward to returning, not only for the hotel’s comfort but also for the joy of seeing Boonloon, Pla, and Brown again.

This is our second time staying here and we wouldn’t hesitate in coming back. The location is amazing with a short taxi to the old town and the night bazaar on your door step outside. We stayed with club lounge access and the food options there are absolutely delicious that you won’t want to eat anywhere else. The gym is great and pool area is lovely.

Above all the staff make this plate great, they really look after you and absolutely lovely. I have to call out June she was an absolute delight from the first night and looked after us in the club room ensuring I had something to eat every night including asking the chef to make me something if required. She also helped me plan a wonderful sparkling wine breakfast with cake for my husband’s bday as a surprise. She was there late at the club room and early at breakfast and was always smiling and looking after us. Thank you June for making our holiday so special!

Marriott is our favorite hotel in Chiang Mai. Favola, the Italian restaurant in the second floor, is our most visited restaurant in the city. We had a wonderful time there yesterday. Good vibes, tasty food and the excellent services of Pla and Fah together have made Favola at the top of our list for more then 10 years now. Highly recommended !
