Very good hotel in the heart of the town, actually they renovated the rooms, new room looks are great. Well maintained and food is really good in their restaurant. Staff are really good and helpful. Connectivity is very good from this location

The hotel staff were very welcoming. Being we were there during Diwali we were invited, along with other guests, to partake in a celebration meal, which we thank them for. Therefore I feel sad to not give them a good review.
Though the room was clean and comfortable there were negatives.
Even though the desk staff were eager to help requests were not followed through. I asked them twice to fix the loose toilet seat, asked for waste bin, ordered coffee to the room, none of these requests were fulfilled. The kettle in the room was broken, a working one was provided.
The walls were thin as noise and voices could be clearly heard from the hallways.
There was one over keen breakfast waiter who was so enthusiastic to help it caused us to feel quite stressed

A hotel that relies on solar power in monsoon. There were a handful of guests at the hotel. At the time of checkin, I asked the guy if they have 24/7 hot water. He was affirmative.

In the morning, no hot water. The reason. Guests used up solar hot water by 6am and left.

Now back to 70s. Lodge sends hot water to each room for Re.1

Dependency on solar. In bangalore. During monsoon. And they say they are a upscale hotel

Location is just perfect. Heart of city and main market. All transport options are easily and nearby available. Front office staff is great and made all stay experience superb. Room service is great too. Room is well maintained and furnished well. Overall stay experience is good and must recommend for next trips. Best wishes

rooms are ok breakfast is excellent old guy is excellent doesn't know english but its ok.had very bad experience during checkin they doesn't know english at all only money for early checkin i agreed as per rules but not a correct way to inform me,wifi is the biggest issues all time during night was having wifi issues they sent technician he was very weird one of the baddest guy i have ever seen was watching us on very bad way on of the worst experience i have ever had in my entire journey. don't recommend at all stay away. if staying dont call technician at all on your rooms be safe.

A bus ride from Hampi to Bengaluru brought us here before dawn. Staff members were tired but made an effort to be helpful. We stayed in the executive suite. In other words, everything was in order. The Bathroom would have been wonderful if just a divider separated the shower from the rest of the room. Aside from that, the room was fine for two nights of sleep. It was a great hotel with a great breakfast. It was OK, but it was pretty unusual since I was accustomed to doing everything on my own because the personnel in charge of the breakfast area wanted to do everything for us (even peeling the egg). Overall, the quality of service provided to clients is outstanding.

Horrendous service. You have to call repeatedly to get anything done. Being polite gets you hostile and aggressive responses. It’s the oddest thing. There are plenty of staff members who are polite and well mannered. But the manager has horrible decorum. He refuses to have conversations about any disputes. He’s ready to take money, but will not provide promised services.

The rest of the staff, like the cleaning crew do a great job, but the sheets are awful. The shower is awful. The amenities are awful. The infrastructure of the hotel is awful. But the low level staff do a great job with what they are given. I’ve stayed in Bangalore plenty, pick a different hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for one night in room numy119. The hotel is on main road ( Mysore Bank Circle) and centrally located in the city. Hotel is economical , staff of hotel is very good. The hotel is basic but give some the touch of three star category services like providing electronic kettle with tea coffee pouches, toiletries etc. Breakfast fast is also okay. The thing I disliked most it’s mattress, it was stingy and discomforting.. Bathroom was also very basic. Overall fairly good property, if you are alone and have to spend one night then you can stay.

We have been collaborated with Hotel Bangalore Gate over the last one decade. Every single time when we visit the Venue for our official business meetings; we have felt at home. Mr. Nagaprasad has been extremely supportive giving us the best of the services and making us feel at home. Now, we have cherry's on the cake. Shivaram, Jayaram, Sarvesh, Suresh not only feel you comfortable but also make you feel like family members. This is a biggest factor which attracts and make our releationship with Hotel Bangalore Gate even more stronger and reliable.

i and my friends visited the hotel,it has the best food.we enjoyed the stay there,hospitality was great.The food are freshly prepared upon order and tastes great.i recommend other to try the food once in there lifetime.

I don't Have a chance not to give atleast a star,in my Entire Family Trip this Hotel Experience is most Worst Experience.

1. Food : at the time of Dinner they allowed so many kids , they didn't controlled those kids, they are licking their hand and putting their hands in the food, after seeing that we haven't done the dinner, we asked for hygiene water for drinking at the time of dinner , they gave Kinley water bottle and at the time of checkout they told we are charging for that, I said ok.
Dinner time is a very Worst situation all the guests are feeling uneasy.

2. Room : My booking is premium Room but they gave me a very small room, bed is sufficient for only two members, they gave one extra bed which is extra charged for my Kid, what about the other kid. About AC , it's surprisingly without shutters, in the Midnight water leakages started room full of water.

3. Checkout : this is one more Irresponsible behaviour of Hotel staff, they Don't know how much the guest has to pay, with out checking they started arguing with me after showing my Voucher of payment.

The Most Worst Experience I have faced in this hotel, All my Trip we are Soo happy , before Ending My trip this is the Most Worst experience, I told my Tour PR not to Recoommand any other Guests.

I am also sincerely requesting all of u don't choose this Hotel for any of ur your with Family.

It's a clean and nice place.Noiseless ... services are good and people are friendly and polite.
There is a complementary breakfast.
The connectivity to various modes of transportation and desk services are also good.

this hotel on majestic area , bangalore is a cosy place. elegent lobby, well maintained . the rooms are neat and tidy.the service is professional and friendly. a regular place for many as it is very near the market place. a satisfying stay

Lovely little hotel, if a bit dated. The beds were a bit hard, but it met our needs for the night.

Recently we had a family function at Bangalore Gate and we could not have chosen a better venue. Living in Australia and planning a function in India was totally a pleasure due to the excellent arrangements, quick response rate and generosity of all staff who cared for each of our 250 guests with the same level of hospitality and genuine respect. The elder members of our family felt welcomed and it was easy to access the entire hotel. Words can never match any experience and this was absolutely true at Bangalore Gate. All our other relatives from overseas thanked us for booking rooms at the same venue. The central location and availability of transport at all times of the day and night made it a safe and comfortable place to stay. The food at the venue was very hygienic and all healthy options was available. Congrats to the management of Bangalore Gate for valuing each and every customer. The way you care for your staff is well respected in the way they provide care for the guests. Please accept my sincere thanks and pass on this feedback to all staff.

We started searching a hotel which is not only close to railway station but also suit our budget. While booking we were skeptical about this hotel because of recent experiences of different places but we learnt soon that we should NOT generalize our experiences to all hotels. With nice rooms with very clean bath room coupled flawless service disappear skepticism in no time.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days with my family last month we thoroughly enjoyed the stay, hospitality and amazing breakfast. Thank you team Hotel Bangalore Gate, you are defining new benchmark for best in class.! keep up the good work. We will definitely prefer this place on our next Bangalore visit.

This hotel is very big & beautiful .this hotel is Best service provider like a food ,room , sweeming pool, etc. That room is batter the normal 🏠 house. This hotel 👌 very careful the customer .I like this hotel.
