Posizione perfetta, il personale potrebbe essere maggiormente disponibile in quanto lavorano in un hotel di lusso.
Pros:

In pieno centro, in meno di 5 minuti si raggiunge la piazza principale di Vienna, e in in un minuto si è alla fermata della metro più vicina.

Cons:

Alla partenza ho dimenticato un bagaglio in hotel e per poterlo riavere lì ho dovuti contattare numerose volte sia telefonicamente che tramite mail.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Perfekte Lage, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Supermarkt alles zu Fuß erreichbar. U-Bahn ist auch direkt am Hotel.
Super tolle Betten, Deluxe Doppelzimmer angenehme Größe und tolles Bad. Endlich mal eine Hotel mit genügend Schrankfläche und Handtuchhaken im Bad. Nespresso Maschine war auch im Zimmer. Extrem nette Mitarbeiter. Parken im Hotel 48 Euro aber für Wien ok.

استقبال الموظفين فقط

لايستحق القيمة اغلى من المتوقع خساره فيه المبلغ والحجز الغرفه صغيره وضيقة وكذالك الحمام ولايوجد شطاف ولا ميكرويف او ثلاجة التكييف كان عطلان للاسف ولكن ساعدنا ان الجو حلو وبارد

In the end, I was satisfied with my stay.
Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent.
The staff are cooperative and helpful.
The room was clean, tidy, and quiet.

Cons:

I was surprised by the room service charges. I ordered dinner and later requested water, and the hotel charged a separate €15 service fee for each delivery. Paying €28 for a bottle of water (€13 water + €15 service fee) felt excessive and was not something I had experienced in other hotels.

快適なホテルのおかげでウィーンを満喫できました。
Pros:

地下鉄駅のすぐ横、旧市街の観光地にが徒歩圏内で大変便利。スタッフも親切、部屋は広く清潔で大変快適に過ごせました。

Cons:

バスタブがあると嬉しかったがこだわらなければ問題なし。

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und vom Zimmermädchen bis zum Barkeeper bestens versorgt.
Die Ausstattung in den Zimmern war sehr gut und die Bäder modern.

Cons:

Es gab eine Plastikschicht zwischen Bettlaken und Matratze, was zu einer zunächst schweißtreibenden und dann kalten Nacht geführt hat leider.
Ein Diffusor für den Föhn wäre auch schön gewesen.
