We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The facilities and our room were well-maintained, and very comfortable.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city, yet surprisingly quite.

The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again

Charming stay in old town Vienna
Pros:

Best location in old town. Hotel is situated in the heart of the shopping area. Many restaurants in the vicinity to choose from. Opera house and many other attractions are all within a 10-30 min walk. Staff were very helpful and professional, hotel is very clean and in a safe quiet location. Sauna amenities were definitely a plus.

Был хороший завтрак , номер в целом был просторный, чисто, отличное местоположение отеля. Хочу отдельно отметить персонал , который шел нам на встречу. Сделали на час раньше чек ин и на час позже чек аут, очень им благодарны!

Cons:

Нам почему-то забыли положить зубные щетки и тапочки в номер. Но это не так существенно.

وغيرها كانوا حاطيني بغرفه صغيره مع توفر غرف اكبر
وغير كذا سلكوا لي بنتواصل معك ايميل بخصوص للتقصير اللي صار بعيد الميلاد
وسافهين
وبعدها قالوا ماعندنا شي نقدمه لك الا الاعتذار
