Summer Holiday.
Pros:

This hotel is in the nicer areas of Vienna with all the high end luxury stores. It is very clean, the staff are great and the rooms are spacious and clean.

As an Aussie 🇦🇺 this exceeded all expectations.

Cons:

Everything was great.

Pros:

Our experience was utterly awful as we had a toilet overflow into the room and the TV didn't work. The follow up response from staff was terrible. We were compensated a miserable amount for such a terrible experience. They even gave us rotten bananas on a fruit bowl! Avoid!

Pros:

Lage top, Personal super und Zimmer sehr schön. Wier kommen wieder. Sehr gepflegtes Hotel.

Cons:

Gewisse Gäste haben keine Manieren: Auf Lautsprecher in der Bar telefonieren, wo man eigentlich in Ruhe etwas trinken möchte, war nicht so angenehm daneben zu sitzen. Es wäre schön, wenn das Personal solche Gästen proaktiv darauf hinweisen würde, dass das nicht erwünscht ist.
