Location and ambience excellent
Clean nice rooms

Cons:

Reception staff not very knowledgeable or helpful
Breakfast was busy and service variable. Bar service not consistent

Hotel busy with an event which meant hotel customers had less places to sit and bar closed to us

La posizione, top, vicino al palazzo di sissi e tante altre attrazioni, come il cafe central.

Cons:

La moquette, con un odore cattivo di polvere, almeno al piano in cui alloggiavo io.

Inoltre non mi è piaciuto il fatto che avessimo per 2gg solo 2 capsule di caffè, e quando richiesto di averne un altro paio, mi hanno chiesto di pagarle.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen wundervollen Wien Besuch
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super zentral. Fußläufig kann man die schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Das Hotel zeigt sich von seiner besten Seite, Service ungewohnt umfangreich und herzlich, Einrichtung sehr liebevoll und individuell, ein tolles Restaurant und eine wunderschöne Barszene. Wir kommen unbedingt wieder dorthin

Checkout mit der Zugangs Karte schwierig (wegen Zeitablauf)
