Pros:

I would love to stay in this hotel again when visiting Vienna. Everything was great - the room, the service and the location of the hotel, the spa was also good and enjoyed the hotel bar.

Burde hedde et 3-stjernet hotel. En del mangler.
Pros:

Morgenmaden var fremragende. Værelset var godt, og hotellet har en super god beliggenhed.

Cons:

Betjeningen i Baren og Restauranten var meget svingende.
Spa-området var alt for lille. 7 liggestole + 2 saunaer til et stort hotel. Øv..øv. Varmt kaffe/the ved Spaen var heller ikke muligt. Kaffemaskinen på værelset virkede heller ikke. Øv..øv.

Good stay overall but...
Pros:

The location is great and staff is friendly

Cons:

Not the level of service you would expect from a 5 star hotel. When we came into the room there were no slippers available and had to go down to ask for them. No information was given to us regarding how to contact reception, or how to use any of the amenities.
Also really unusual design : bathroom door was on the wall facing the bed (that's ok) but was transparent, which means both people would wake up if someone put it on during the night.
