Pros:

The hotel was very clean and the staff war super nice and friendly. The rooms were very nice and well stocked and the breakfast was delicious and so much to choose from. They even had a little snack/store area for food if you didnt want to go out and many restaurants near by to deliver or dine in. I give this hotel10/10⭐️

Pros:

Never stayed due to getting the days confused. I actually called and emailed before hand and they still didn’t grant my refund. Hotels.com claimed the called the hotel but they never did because I called myself. NEVER using them again!

The accommodations were great but the other patrons acted as if they were the only ones on the floor. Strong weed smell permeated thru the halls. Other than that i would recommend to others

This was the best experience for the Marriott brand. The staff was amazing and very kind ( especially with the gentleman being trained). The breakfast was great and the staff all around were pleasant and gracious. If I need to travel, this hotel brand will be it. Great job!

Pros:

Great location, I wish there was easier transportation into the city but we eneded up driving our own car. Overall really impressed with the suit with kitchenett, breakfast in the morning and how safe we felt while here. We are coming back next summer and will be booking again.
Thanks for the great vacation looking foward to next time.

No complaints at all, friendly staff, clean rooms, typical hotel breakfast. A couple decent restaurants within walking distance. Shuttle was convenient to and from the airport/orange line to get downtown

I liked that it’s pet friendly. The breakfast had a good selection of food.
I did not like that the carpeting in the room was dirty. My white socks were black just walking around for a few minutes on the carpet.
There was some dried pieces of food stuck in a bowl in the cabinet. There were stains on the drinking and wine glasses.
I would be nice if towels were replaced every other day. There was no hot coffee around 7pm.

Pros:

Everything was good. Giving 2 star because the ac was noisy at night. Was not able to sleep due to the terrible noise on and off frequently. Could not sleep with ac off as it is summer. Other than that all good. But it is irritating to not to be able to sleep after a long day even after paying this much.

This was our first trip to Chicago to visit our recently relocated kids and grandkids. It was nice to have an indoor pool to spend time with our grandson.
