Not what i exspected for what i paid
Pros:

Cl8se to highway and resturants
Staff was good

Cons:

Pool way to cold
Dated rooms paint plaster peeling
Ac on its way out
Breakfast not very good at all cold boiled eggs only 2 kinds cereal very limited on bread and bagels
No coffee avaiable thru out the day
Breakfast not as advertised
Hottub jets not working and not very clean

Le bazar dans les étages hurlement des enfants qui courent tapent au porte ect… l agent d accueil ne veux rien faire car pas 22h… mais a 23h toujours pareil.

L'hôtel était bien, la seule chose que je n'ai pas apprécié c'est que ma femme a oublié son maillot de bain, j'ai rappelé pour aller le récupéré, on m'a dit qu'il n'ont rien trouvé, quand j'ai dit qu'on était sûr, on m'a promis de me rappeler mais je n'ai jamais reçu leur feed-back!

Ne pas hésiter !
Pros:

Comfort, équipements petit déjeuner et personnel au top ! La piscine est très agréable. Et enfin, le bus devant l'hôtel pour aller à Kingston. Pas besoin de voiture et pas de soucis de stationnement ! Bref, établissement recommandé !

Comfortable, Would stay again and recommend to others.

The location was great. Staff were friendly. Our room was clean. The reminder of cost for towels that are removed from the room. I am sorry to read that disappearing towels is a big issue for you. Breakfast was fine. It was hot,

Correcte pour une nuit
Pros:

Chambre avec deux lits, grande armoire, petit frigo, propreté de la chambre, tablette sous le lavabo de salle de bain pratique pour rangement.
Emplacement ; près de l'autoroute.

Cons:

Oreillers très mous, , matelas de confort moyen, TV ( image de qualité moyenne), porte de la chambre difficile à barrer, il fallait la lever un peu pour que la barrure fonctionne.
Salle de bain vieillotte mais propre. Sechoir à cheveux ne fonctionnait pas, on a demandé à le changer.
On entend la tuyauterie des douches dans d'autres chambres, un chien qui jappe, le déjeuner est correcte mais sans plus. Le choix pourrait être plus varié d'aliments.
