Nära motorvägen, parkering utanför, sköna sängar

Långt från centrum, långa köer vid frukost för att ta mat och hitta bord, nästan bara sötsaker till frukost

Disappointed
Pros:

Location was NOT waterfront!
However everywhere we went we were 6-13 min away
Atmosphere, grumpy staff, building was so hot until you get to your room
Room was nice however VERY old TV, broken fridge, broken shower floor, moldy, mildewy
Expensive for no laundry room-closed
No clean sheets/towels as short on staff. The notices were old stained and ripped.
No adequate handicap parking!!

Good but bad
Pros:

The room was clean. People were kind. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Our neighbour pounded on our door late at night and scared us because we were laughing and talking.
In the morning when we were sleeping the neighbour banged on the wall and woke us up and scared us. This made our stay uncomfortable and eerie. We were disturbed which made our stay unpleasant. We didn’t complain until the morning. We spoke to a lady at the front desk and explained our experience. She said someone would call us but never did.

Not worth it for the price.
Pros:

The hotel was very pet-friendly. They were nice and gave us a room with a door directly to the patio so our dog could walk and go out directly to the car. The staff was pleasant and very responsive when asked for help.

Cons:

The hotel is quite run-down. It's sad, really, as you can tell the staff are making their best effort, but maintenance-wise the hotel was severely lacking. There was pink mould in the corners of the tub, and the paint in the ceiling of the shower was falling off and bubbly. There were spiders in the corners of the bathroom as well. The shampoo and conditioners in the showers were barely working, and the beds were creaky.
We came in to a note that said that they were low on housekeeping staff, so they wouldn't do our beds, which is ok; we don't mind making our bed, but that they would change the towels. But only when we requested that night to come to give us our towels back did they do it, and they were wet, and some were dirty with black stains still.

Pros:

Easy to access rooms at various parts of building. This was convenient if you are travelling with a dog. Had a grassy area that was helpful along with garbage.
