Not a good experience ...will not go back we will be going to an other motel when in KingstonOntario

Breakfast ok

Cons:

Could not use the pool ...no heat in pool and pool area as well ! Was freezing in here . .asked the front desk staff they gave us no explanations .. they just said that's how it is it's winter ! We wanted to stay where we could use the pool .
Snow removal not done and dog pee every where out side of door ways and paths leading to motel
Tv was always freezing up ...wifi too
No movie station very boring stations

The staff, flexibility, and cleanliness

Cons:

Nothing- my stay was wonderful and accommodating. Its unfortunate that the hot tub jets are still out of order, but the "hot" part still very much works and soothed my muscles regardless!

Quiet and comfortable, but needs more employee, more service.

Confortable and quiet

Cons:

Not enough employees, especially in the morning. There should be one employee in the kitchen for the breakfast time and there should be one employee at the front that never leaves the desk or even two all day long! There would be a better service for the client and the employees would smile! It’s very important that the employees are happy at their work.
