tout était simplement PARFAIT : l’accueil le personnel aux petits soins , les chambres sublimes ( j’avais une suite et mes garçons une suite double ),la literie une merveille, la propreté , le buffet du PDJ un très grand choix , à 3mns de la place historique …

petit Tip’s :
si vous souhaitez comme moi mettre NETFLIX (de votre tel ou tablette) sur la TV ( ce ne sont pas des smart tv :()

Pros:

What a gorgeous Hotel! Would definetly stay here again, perfect location and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. The Hotel was exquisitely decorated and clean, the pool and sauna (s) were a welcome addition after a day sightseeing.

Absolutely loved this hotel would recommend it to anyone wanting a city break in Krakow, perfect location we have walked everywhere, with wonderful facilities and lovely friendly staff. Food and drinks in the bar gorgeous.

Luxusné ubytovanie v centre krakowa, doslova 10 krokov od námestia. Zariadenie hotela bolo nádherné, vynikajúce raňajky (okrem klasických švédskych stolov dostanete plus ala carte menu na raňajky ktoré vám pripravý čerstvé kuchár), hladný naozaj nebudete 😄 k dispozícii je aj krásny wellness, dostatočne veľký bazén, s masážnymi trykskami, ležadlá s bublinkami, 2 saunami (fínska a parná) + tepidarium v ktorom máte k dispozícii vodu s pomarančami/citronmi, po celodennom behaní po Krakove to určite oceníte plus obrovská výhoda že wellness je otvorený od 7:00 do 21:00 ťakže si kľudne môžete doňho zabehnúť aj doobeda, izba obrovská, dobre vybavená a luxusne a štýlovo zariadená. Naozaj nemám čo vytknúť.
