Pros:

Hotel Saski was beautiful, very friendly staff. Margaret was very warm, friendly and accommodating. Always professional and available.
Margaret was my favourite and I will miss her ❤️ but I will return.

Beautiful Hotel with Excellent Location
Pros:

Stayed at the Saski Hotel as a family during our trip to Krakow March-April. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival with plenty of recommendations of local restaurants and places to visit.
The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is in an excellent location just off the main square and in close proximity to many restaurants, bars and shops.
The breakfast was second to none, with a large variety to choose from. The only criticism I would have is that they don’t serve English Breakfast Tea!
I would definitely go back to the Saski hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Krakow.

Newly renovated and gorgeous!
Pros:

Beautifully renovated property with comfortable bedding, spacious bathrooms, and huge buffet breakfast. Krakow has a number of hotels to choose from but Saski is a great Hilton choice. Recommendations by staff were excellent. Nice spa area although we did not use.

Pros:

The hotel is just off the old town square so very central, the room had everything we wanted, the bed was very comfortable and it was quiet so slept well. The swimming pool, sauna and steam room were very clean and relaxing. The staff were all so helpful and polite and communicated so quickly by email before we arrived to organise taxis and tours,thank you. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend the hotel

Excellent and welcoming
Pros:

Great service and experience start to finish! Hotel staff exceeded expectations and made our stay in Krakow even more meaningful. Great dinner recommendations, incredible staff such as Lidia, and even arranged for breakfast earlier than 6 am each morning for our tours scheduled. I would 100% stay here again.

Comfy bed, overpriced, poor restaurant staff and food
Pros:

The beds were comfy, pool nice but too cold. Staff in restaurant were abysmal, and the food was mediocre

Cons:

Restaurant food was pretty poor as was the room service, the restaurant staff were the worst I’ve ever experienced, at breakfast they didn’t even ask if you wanted tea/coffee, or approach regarding ordering hot breakfast, the selection was good but ordered hot breakfast on both days, first day asked for egg whites fried with nothing else, came covered in garnish and other things, sent back, returned with chives, second day ordered breakfast and they left it on someone else’s table. Had to ask for clean cutlery, honestly whoever is running the restaurant really needs to look at their operation skills.
