A lovely hotel with great customer service in an excellent city centre location; would recommend.
Pros:

I have stayed in many hotels over many years. All 4 members of our party agreed that the breakfast offering was probably the best we had encountered anywhere. The food was fresh, with a myriad of options and the a la carte option was included within the breakfast charge. This is something which is normally charged as an extra and was a very welcome and appreciated option.

Excellent - would recommend
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent as was the location right in the center of old town close to main square, and restaurants.

Cons:

The room was well decorated but a bit tight for the category and lacked enough storage counter in the bathroom.
We were also celebrating a landmark birthday and the front desk had volunteered to arrange a special surprise for the occasion. However, nothing materialized even after a reminder which was a bit disappointing in an otherwise excellent experience.

Excellent breakfast, great location with proximity to all attractions and restaurants

Cons:

We were celebrating a family member's milestone birthday and the front office agent had offered and agreed to prepare a sweet surprise to make their stay even ore special.
But I am disappointed that despite a couple of reminders, nothing materialized during the stay. This tarnished an otherwise memorable experience at Saski.

Beautiful Hotel with Excellent Location
Pros:

Stayed at the Saski Hotel as a family during our trip to Krakow March-April. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival with plenty of recommendations of local restaurants and places to visit.
The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is in an excellent location just off the main square and in close proximity to many restaurants, bars and shops.
The breakfast was second to none, with a large variety to choose from. The only criticism I would have is that they don’t serve English Breakfast Tea!
I would definitely go back to the Saski hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Krakow.
