Amazing location, amazing service. Felt like home.
We really enjoyed our stay at Park Inn. The front desk staff were friendly and spoke English very well. The room was very comfortable, very clean and nicely furnished. We ate a late lunch when we arrived and found the food to be excellent and service exceptional. The breakfast buffet we had the next morning exceeded our expectations with a delicious assortment of options. Don’t hesitate to have breakfast in their restaurant. Their location to Red Square made for a nice, easy 20-25 minute walk. We will stay here again for sure.

Не хватало только , чтобы персонал на ресепшн знали места, где можно сдать ПЦР тест, для возвращение заграницу. Пункт сдачи, кстати, находиться рядом.

Lovely hotel, great location!
Everything was fine except on incidence. There were no window curtains when we entered the room. Even if we were not annoyed and understood the situation staff almost tried to break in to the room to fix the issue- opening the door without permission, knocking and calling via phone. Very unpleasant situation.

Отель уже пошарпанный. Но за те деньги - так ниче. Поселили в третий номер. В двух было холодно как на улице. Если есть альтернатива, не советовал бы.

Чистая и удобная постель, очень вкусный завтрак, в номере тепло, спокойно. Душевая и санузлы в хорошем состоянии. Требуется замена старого ковролана, но твердая 4! Рекомендуем расположение и цена, качество - соотношения супер!
Unmotiviertes personal. Ausstattung dieses 4sterne hotels wird dem eines 3sterne hote maximal gerecht. Das bett ist auch sehr sehr klein für 2.
Гостиница очень уставшая.
На стенах обои и они кое-где отклеиваются.
Ковролин не то что в пятнах. Ковролин в номере = одно большое застарелое пятно.
Холодная и горячая стороны крана перепутаны. Было сначала ощущение, что горячей воды нет. А потом стало еще веселее, т.к. смеситель на душе не работал и выдавал только горячую воду. Выбор был: мойся кипятком или под краном.
когда я развернула маленькое косметическое полотенце, там было огромное рыжее пятно. Видимо, этим нужно вытирать лицо??
А вид хороший и расположенное отличное.

Behoorlijk gedateerd hotel, waar veel grote groepen met de bus aan komen. Ontbijt is niet geweldig. De kamer was ruim, maar douchen staand in een bad met een douchegordijn wat veel te dichtbij komt is echt niet meer van deze tijd.
